His bottom can boast a rather large arsenal of shorts, cargo pants and jeans combo and his shoes are mostly closed and lack laces, yet his upper body remains covered with simple T-shirt designs; Colors of preference are blue and turquoise.
Despite his personal preferences, people would mistake his trademark clothing for a black leather jacket and a red, flame-pattern helmet that goes whenever he would be riding his bike, being a stuntman for these majorly. He will keep the jacket on when he gets off, but is likely to open it to cool down his body. Such could make others force him for a delinquent of the sort.

One very ironic flaw that could easily serve as a weak point is, though, Kaiki is quite superstitious -- about very specific things, those being the monsters and antagonists of horror movies and games. Even worse than such, he is Nyctophobic, he's afraid of the dark, despite often finding himself working these hours or driving at night. He's likely to make up excuses when it involves going out at night.
Having graduated from Hikarizaka High with great reviews from his past teachers yet having been separated from his friends, Kaiki feels somewhat lonely most of the time, having created bonds he had to desert. He misses those times where his personality slowly changed for better.
But Kaiki never grew up completely from his past. He still retains a somewhat short temper, but will often save such using a Tsukkomi or a sarcastic comment to make all around not take him seriously. In truth, if he were to be driven to a point where his jokes can no longer help him preserve the rage built inside, Kaiki will become as violent as a local thug, and deny any pleas for help -- concerning either himself or others. It would require a good beating or heavily knocking some sense into him either through meaningful words or a worthy fight.

Tatsumiya Kaiki is the third generation born in Hikarizaka to his family. From the early steps of preschool ages, he was labeled a boy with high intelligence, a gift to his parents Mana and Kouki who were of mediocre grade in society.
Enrolling high school with a remarkable record from his Junior High days, Kaiki's recommendation was directed at both sports and studies, and he excelled in his first year enough to actually skipped his second year, moving to third year early. On the entrance ceremony, he had watched the representative and managed to speak with a certain, lonely and timid-looking green haired short girl.
