Alejandro had a bag over his shoulder as he headed up to the school. Alejandro lived on the outskirts of the small town in his father’s childhood home. It was a large traditional Japanese house which Alejandro thought was to big for him and his father. The house was too big for anyone. Alejandro spent most of his time in the back yard which he had changed into an archery range to practice is bow and arrow skills or in his bedroom where he study, slept and sometimes ate since Alejandro at times couldn’t stand being in the same room as his father.
The blue eyed Japanese boy brushed his black bangs out of his face as he looked towards the school. He could see the gates coming closer and closer with every step he took. Shaking the thoughts of the fight he had with his father last night he entered the schools grounds fixing his tie before standing up straight and smiling. He couldn’t dare show a sad face if he had they would be all over him. Then he would be the center of attention of every girl who was part of his club. Like every morning he greeted everyone he saw as he passed from saying a soft hello to a gentle nod and smile. Alejandro started up the steps and entered the front area of the school. Walking to his locker he removed his outside shoes and put on his indoor shoes placing them in his locker before walking to class.
Alejandro brought his fingers to his ears to play with the green smooth jewel that hang from his ear. The earrings had belonged to his mother and he wore them as often as he could. People dare not ask him why he pierced holes through his ears or why he wore earrings period but he could get the occasional high eye brow and what is that look but Alejandro just brushed them off like normal. When he arrived in his home room he greeted both boys and the girls of the room. But he only had eyes for one person and one person alone. Alejandro closed his eyes tightly and mentally shook his head of the thought of him. There was no way for him to be his. The one he had fallen heads over heals in love with but he had eyes for a girl and not him.
”He never will,” muttered Alejandro as he dropped his bag in his seat and closed his eyes chuckling to himself. Alejandro opened his eyes again and looked out the window to see kids running into the school building as the first 5 pre bell rang. Alejandro shook his head and took a seat.
