...Sigh.
Thread Title: Keys!? Character: Jyongri Takaha Mood: Furious but Disappointed Word Count: 737 ___________________________________________________
Jyongri glared at everything her eyes made contact with, almost as if she were shooting knives. How could she have been so stupid? This, of all things! Even back in Korea, she made sure that she had always brought it with her- that very important item. Though simple it was, just bronze with silver coloring draping over it, her sanity depended on it. Plus, the weather made it no better. Why now? Jyongri clenched her teeth shut tight, progressively causing her head to pound, sealing her lips into a thin line. Her left eye twitched due to bad habits, and her hands were tightly balled into fists. Every step was a moment of dread, and every second was more like an hour. How much longer? her mind demanded, but she had no answer to that. Stupid, stupid, stupid! She wanted to scream at herself, spitting at her stupidity. How could she, out of all people, be the one to receive this terrible fate? Another lingering question.
Suddenly, her school bag made a strange vibrating noise, and the whole thing just started to shake. The corners of Jyongri's lips drooped, and with a flick of her wrist she snatched the cell phone out of its safety, a shadow covering her eyes. Her thumb shot up, sliding up the cell phone screen. "What happened? It seemed like you were pretty grumpy when you came out. It's been a while since I've seen you like that!"
[/i] the text message read. The wind picked up, gently lifting her hair to sway with the breeze, along with a few crumpled leaves. Her fingers pounded on the small buttons, and with a click, the message was sent. It all perfectly lingered in Jyongri's head, like some crazy psychotic photo: "I forgot my keys."Small puffs of breath came from her mouth, and she marched over to the nearest unfortunate object that would fall victim to her leaning. Jyongri set her schoolbag down beside her feet, and placed her arms folded on the railing before the lake view. With a heave, she gave a mighty sigh and slumped her shoulders. It all really shouldn't be something Jyongri should obsess over, seeing that it happens to other kids all the time and they could resolve it all simply by taking refuge in a friends home until their parents came back. But, no. Not today. Everyone just had to be busy, though they probably just don't want to deal with Jyongri's fury. Really, when she became angry she was like some demon straight from the underworld. It wasn't a pretty sight truly. She breathed deeply, her eyes drooping to match her frown. "Why me, this great beauty who is seemingly an angel?" she cried sarcastically, flipping over and laying her hand over her forehead as if she were dying of distress, curving the upper portion of her body. Jyongri flopped down, cradling her legs in her arms. "Plus, these school uniforms are so HOT! Can't they give their students a break in this heat or something?!" she complained loudly. Letting her legs loose from the tight grip, she sighed and stared blankly at her cell phone. "I really wish my parents would call me back soon..." Unfortunately, even after the family moved to Japan, they held on to their fondness of working in business, though much smaller roles. They normally wouldn't even come back until late in the night, but surely they considered their child's safety over their jobs? Exhaling yet another great sigh, she looked out toward the sun. It was still high up, but Jyongri couldn't help but wonder if she would be here long enough to actually see it go down all the way. "Not a single open friend, eh..." she muttered. "At least back in Korea, I could stay at a fan's house or something..." But "back then", of course, there were always maids and butlers to open the door for her. "Maybe I'll just stay here until I get some response..." clutching her cell phone in her hand, she closed her eyes an enjoyed the moment, though it was rather lonely and she couldn't even attempt to take a nap. At least its cooler near the lake... she admitted. Oh, Jyongri Takaha... the forgetful one.[/blockquote][/blockquote][/size]

"Whoa that Girl is...." Takashi was in his regular moods were nothing could bother him much. He knew today was the day his mother wasn't around and his father was at work. Even though his parents were divorced he took the time out to visit both of them. Today however was his free day. Just then he felt the buzz of a text in his pocket. Digging into his pocket and looked for the phone and found it. 'It better not be my sister' Takashi thought. The last time his sister texted to him he ended up with bad gas. He opened the phone and looked at the text from one of his friends.
"Good Job at Practice Rookie" Takashi noticed it was from the basketball captain. 'Rookie...Always Rookie' Takashi thought. Everyone at school knew his as Takashi the Rookie. They called him a Rookie because with in his First year of School he was one of the best new comers in both the Basketball team and Judo club. He began to push buttons on his phone and texted back saying "I always do a good job". He sighed and kept walking towards a lake. He always visited the lake to skip rocks due to the fact that he usually had nothing to do on these days.
Getting closer the wind picked up and he heard a loud yell. It seemed to come by the voice of a girl and he followed it walking faster. As he got to where he may of heard the noise he saw a girl. 'Wow that's a cute girl...but is she sleeping?' Takashi thought. Breathing in slowly then breating out. "Hey are you sleeping...you know it's kinda dangerous to sleep like that" Takashi said smiling. Hopefully she was friendly. He noticed that she was wearing the same uniform as him so they were from the same school.

Thread: Keys!? Character: Jyongri Takaha Mood: Slightly, just slighty irritated Word Count: 337 (Complete UTTER FAIL -cries)
____________________________________________
[/color][/size] Jyongri's hair gently brushed her cheeks as they swayed, but she simply ignored it. Closing her eyes, her other senses seemed to sharpen dramatically, especially hearing. She could hear the light clicking of feet across the pavement, going to an fro. Cheerful cries arouse from children distantly, and also of mothers assuring them and telling them to be careful, and the like. Her fingers traced lightly across the ground, rolling little crumbs of cement. Starting to relax a little more, she thought, I should relax, I suppose... it's not like it's the end of the world.
Jyongri then heard a pair of footsteps that seemed to stop, most likely in front of her. Uncomfortable, she hoped the person would just think she were sleeping and pass by. When the person didn't seem to go away, he started to speak. What now?! she grumbled in her head. "Hey are you sleeping... you know it's kinda dangerous to sleep like that." Jyongri, a little irritated, flung her eyes open and stared blankly at the boy. He... seemed vaguely familiar. And seeing from his uniform, she had probably seen him in the halls at school or something. Before replying, Jyongri observed the boy for a moment. Black hair, brown eyes- any typical highschooler with an average build. Though, she noticed, he seemed very tall. A few inches taller than herself, most likely. He seemed around her age, though. Shrugging, Jyongri replied in a simple, flat toned voice.
"No, i'm not sleeping. That'd be impossible in this heat- and having the sun up so high. But, even if I were sleeping, you certainly aren't one who should be telling me whats dangerous and whats not." she remarked, adding a little "humph" near the end. She was not going to be told what to do by this boy. Sure, Jyongri had a bit of a temper, but she didn't realize it. What's the fun in that anyhow?

"Jeez She's pissed off" Takashi looked at her sternly trying to keep the happy face for as long as he could. She seemed mad at someone or maybe she was mad at herself. He really didn't know why she seemed pissed and he really didn't want to get to the bottom of it but usually not everyone around here had an attitude problem. "Sorry your right..but I just had to say something...a girl had done the same thing as you and I ended up using my Martial arts just to save her from a guy who seemed to be a big perv" Takashi said still forcing the smile on his face. He sighed a bit a looked out unto the lake. It was peaceful and all but he found someone interesting to talk to while he was out and about.
"Err I'm Takashi Satoshi though alot of people call me Takashi the Rookie...but anyway what seems to have you pissed off...I really don't like seeing most girls angry and a cute one such as yourself shouldn't be so angry" Takashi said smiling still. He had to use fast and slick words hoping that he would get on her good side for a minute. He then realized that his phone was ringing but ignored it due to the fact that it would be rude to awnser the phone while talking to someone else. Before you knew it the wind picked up again but it blew hot air. 'She's right it is way too hot for that' Takashi thought. He was a bit tired due to the fact that he had a basketball practice so he sat down by a near by seat. _______________________ Word Count: 293 (>.> Mehh) Mood: Hungry but happy OOC: Dont worry about the word count really dont

TOO LAZY TO HUNT DOWN AN ICON. Title: Keys!? Character: Jyongri Takaha Mood: ...Normal? OOC: XD Okii. -throws away word count section- [/size][/color] _______________________________________________
Jyongri sighed and stood on her feet again, brushing her skirt from the dust the wind might have collected and dropped on her.
"Sorry your right..but I just had to say something...a girl had done the same thing as you and I ended up using my Martial arts just to save her from a guy who seemed to be a big perv." Oh? Was this boy trying to tell her something? Jyongri could protect herself fairly well, and this boy was lucky she hadn't done so to him. But, as always, she was overreacting and should really calm down. A former model should have the most polite personality, should she not? Giving in, she made a sweet smile at him. "I suppose you're right. Sorry, i was just overreacting. I hope it didn't offend you. I do that a lot, so I should get used to fixing it." she admitted. More than overreacting, it was more like she wasn't used to these things that normally happen to a normal highschooler, so she was just taking it way to seriously.
"Err I'm Takashi Satoshi though alot of people call me Takashi the Rookie...but anyway what seems to have you pissed off...I really don't like seeing most girls angry and a cute one such as yourself shouldn't be so angry. Of course i'm cute, you don't have to point the obvious out, she thought mockingly to herself, but didn't let it get close to slipping out of her mouth. Manners, manners, she reminded herself. Jyongri knew better than to make a bad impression on every new person she meets. "Oh, nothing I SHOULD be angry about, really. I just forgot my keys at home is all, so i'm locked out until who knows when. I'm not used to our home being locked so I guess I just took it to personally. But anyways, my name's Jyongri Takaha, as you might already know. Nice to meet you, Rookie." she joked. A lot of students in this school were strangely unaware of her former job, but she was glad and determined to keep it that way. If any news about that got loose, Jyongri would be surrounded by stalkers and annoying fans once more. She definetely did NOT want that to happen.
"Um. But what are you doing here in the park?" she questioned. Jyongri back in Korea always found some creepy boy who just "happened" to be hanging around start talking to her. This boy didn't really look like one, but it was better to be safe that sorry, as they say.

"One Step at Time"[/center Looking at Jyongri closley going up and down it was extremley obvius that he was checking her out. She had the body of a model though Takashi doubted that she was actually a model. He then looked at her face then in her eyes and he noticed something but ignored it. Jyongri huh? Nice to meet you" Takashi said getting up and standing next to her. You could see in his face that he was enjoying himself alot even if he just met the girl. He looked out at the lake rubbing his fingers through his hair in a cool like fashion. He was a popular kid in school especially towards his underclassmen. He did like being known and the nick name "Rookie" stuck on with him. Takashi sighed a bit before looking back towards Jyon.
"Oh don't worry I'm not a stalker, Usually I'd be home with my.....sister before walking with her to her job" Takashi said He wanted to keep the thing about his parents a secret for now. If he ever got close to her then he'd tell her but not now. "What about you? I usually dont see alot of girls around here who haven't gone home already" Takashi said still smiling. The day seemed to be going his way for once and he was glad that it was going that way. The only possible thing that could make his day slightly a pain in the ass is if those goons from the other side of town decided to bother him or even a random person who seemed defenceless. Takashi knew the tale about the girl who used to beat the hell out of those guys and he'd love to meet her one day just to ask how she did it on a daily basis. Takashi was still looking Jyongri in the eyes a bit still wondering what the hell he noticed about her expression earlier.

...I'm not even going to bother anymore. The JYONRI HAS BECOME LAZY. _______________________________________________ Jyongri just stared at him. He seemed to be taking too much of a fondness with her, looking her up and down now and then. She just looked away, and coughed. I really don't feel comfortable around this creepy anymore, she decided. She'd stick around and talk to him... but if he made some creepy mood, she was sure to beat the hell out of him. More than a chore, it was a delightful thing. Strangely. Takashi walked next to her, staring into her eyes when he spoke. Jyongri turned her head half towards him, walk towards the sun, to avoid looking his straight directly at his eyes, though from the corner she could still see him staring.
"Oh don't worry I'm not a stalker, Usually I'd be home with my.....sister before walking with her to her job."
[/i] His sister, huh. Why couldn't his parents just drive her to the job? Or couldn't she just bike? Wouldn't that be the normal thing to do? Or maybe it was "normal" here in Japan... this country really was a bit different from her accustomed traditions. "What about you? I usually dont see alot of girls around here who haven't gone home already."[/i] Jyongri shrugged, not quite understanding what he was asking. Hopefully she was lucky and answered properly. "Um... usually I just walk home and do whatever. See, my parents are business people and usually don't come home until late hours, if they come home at all..." she drifted away, a bit worried. What if they didn't come home today? Then perhaps she could just appear at a friends home to force them to take her in for the night... but since she'd need a fresh uniform too, the best option would probably be to picklock her own door. "I don't have any siblings or anything, so I usually visit a friends house or have them come over... or just stay in home doing... girl stuff." Sometimes, Jyongri would go over her old magazine covers and pictures, but she obviously wasn't going to confide her trust in this boy she met just a few minutes ago. "But since I was locked out, I just randomly chose the park to stay for a bit, I guess. There isn't really a particular reason I came here, specifically." Jyongri looked at him for a moment, before quickly turning her head again. Yes, she remembered this boy. He was always that athletic one that was extremely good at sports. And also that one where girls would something go squealing and chasing after. Yeah, he was one of those popular boys. Jyongri didn't consider herself popular (neither did she really care), but she couldn't really say how other people viewed her. In any case, Jyongri considered a lot of popular boys to be a bunch of boasting phonys. Takashi's way of talking argued otherwise, but then again, she didn't know him even for 30 minutes.[/blockquote][/blockquote][/size]

"Honesty The Best Policy" Takashi nodded at what she told him. She was acting strange to him but he forget to tell her why he was looking at her like that. "Ahh I see but by the way your acting it seems I'm probably bothering in some shape way or form, I can tell by your body language" Takashi said grinning. There was a buzz in his pocket once more and he took out his cellphone and looked at the text message. It read Takashi....Can you meet up with me and some of my girl friends?~Hitomi Takashi sighed and closed his phone. Jeez my sister always gets on my nerves...damn the fan girls are going to her now...Great" Takashi said. He forgot that Jyon was next to him when he looked over to her. He sighed once more closing his eyes for a while then opening them. 'Maybe I can ask her to go on a walk with me' Takashi thought.
Takashi looked at Jyon in the eyes again trying to see if he could get past her guard just for a minute to see what kind of person she really was. "Well...umm do you want to go for a walk or something?" Takashi asked. Takashi stopped looking at her in her eyes before looking back at the lake. Something was strange about him today. Takashi really wasn't the kind of guy to be a show off just because he was popular and all that junk. He put his right hand in his pocket and used his left to ruffle through his hair. 'Honesty is the best policy so be honest for anything' Takashi thought to himself. He always reminded himself to be honest because sometimes he was forgetful at times about it.

Maybe I was making it too obvious he was a little bothering...
"Ahh I see but by the way your acting it seems I'm probably bothering in some shape way or form, I can tell by your body language." Jyongri frowned but simply shrugged her shoulders without replying, looking a little smug. Those acting habits are coming back up, probably. I was supposed to make my emotions obvious. Either that, or this boy was some kind of creepy psychic. She decided. Takashi suddenly got a text message, which he seemed rather annoyed by. She was going to ask, when he said: . Jeez my sister always gets on my nerves...damn the fan girls are going to her now...Great."
[/b] Jyongri never had any siblings, so she would never be able to understand the relationship between brother and sister, brother and brother, or sister and sister. It was nice in a way that she didn't have to look over someone constantly, but perhaps having someone next to you all the time would get rid of the loneliness, at least a little. Someone to talk to... so would siblings be like having another friend? "Um... I can't really relate, sorry," she apologized. Wait, what was she apologizing for? Especially to this creep who was obviously flirting with her a little. Jyongri was going to make a sharp retort, when he suddenly asked "Well...umm do you want to go for a walk or something?"[/i]. She was a bit alarmed, and without thinking, replied for real. "Sure. I was some time to spare."What are you THINKING?! What if you get kidnapped or something? Are you even allowed to do this? she argued with herself, but on the outside tried to look as calm as possible. ...Oh well... i'll have to see how it goes.[/blockquote][/blockquote][/size]

"She's Different" Takashi sighed a bit and then put on a smile. "Thanks...but you dont have to apologize...My sister is always like that....my popularity isn't always the best thing for me..but I got used to it I guess" Takashi said. Takashi knew there was something different about this girl. Very different actually...She seemed calm and collective and it seemed she wasn't afraid to speak her mind but she seemed to be holding back her emotion. When she said she'd go with him on a walk he bowed gratefully. "Thank you, hopefully we wont run into my sister....If we do...please don't over react if she says things she shouldn't...it's not really her fault but she can be a pain in the ass at times" Takashi said still smiling.
Takashi began walking with Jyon beside the lake. He had remembered he came her to skip rocks but he decided just to take the walk for now. A buzz came to his pocket once more. 'Please don't be Hitomi...Please don't be Hitomi' Takashi thought. He looked at his cellphone and it was his sister. Takashi behind you look really good and you'll see a surprise~Hitomi Takashi's faced seemed to show pain and then he put on a smile once again. "My sister....seems to have a surprise" Takashi said twitching a bit. He looked behind him and saw his sister Hitomi She charged at him throwing at fist. Takashi easily blocked it. He then took her arm and twisted it behind her back. Jeez Hitomi I've been training longer than you have..Your not going to get me so easily" Takashi said letting her go. I know Takashi but it's fun to bother my older brother..Hey aren't you gonna introduce me to your friend? Hitomi asked looking at Jyon Takashi looked at her then sighed. Jyongri this is my sister Hitomi...She goes to the same school as us but she's an underclassmen, But just like me she knows martial arts so I barley have to worry about her until she attacks me" Takashi said forcing a smile on his face. Hitomi looked at Jyon then at Takashi. Takashi you never told me you'd be going on a date today...haha I'm just joking nice to meet you...I'm Hitomi Satoshi know as the Rookie's sister" She said shaking Jyongri's hand. Takashi who wasn't amused flicked Hitmou on her forehead. Hitmoi remind me to throw you into the lake later" Takashi said laughing.

"Thanks...but you dont have to apologize...My sister is always like that....my popularity isn't always the best thing for me..but I got used to it I guess."
Jyongri nodded. She knew how THAT felt... being chased by underclassmen and even her classmates... knowing that most of your friends just liked you because you were famous and popular... but that was the whole reason she came to Japan, now, wasn't it? To start a new life. She never really thought about being able to get used to it, though... surely, it was much easier if you didn't have stalkers or fans groveling at your feet, right? But really, if even siblings chased after you for your popularity, that was just plain creepy.
"Thank you, hopefully we wont run into my sister....If we do...please don't over react if she says things she shouldn't...it's not really her fault but she can be a pain in the ass at times."
[/b] Jyongri was about to reply, when she felt a kind of chill run up her spine. Speak of the devil, and there he comes. Aside from that though, she noticed that Takashi had a habit of swearing. She didn't really mind, but she wasn't used to hearing them much, even though she herself would every now and then. Especially when she was angry, but that was beside the point. Jyongri suddenly questioned if siblings really were all that bad. We're going to have a surprise? Takashi seemed to cringe in pain after seeing another text message. Seeing him pick up that phone so many times did make her think that he wasn't really paying too much attention to her. Again, something she wasn't used to. Out of the blue, they turned around to see a girl charging up at them with a fist. Calmly, Takashi counterattacked and pinned her arms. What was this, some kind of crazy assassination? Until she realized it was his sister. They both seemed a little creepy at that moment, but it looked as if they were actually enjoying it. Of course i'm not his girlfriend. What are you, crazy? she thought. A girl like her deserved an extraordinary guy, but this Takashi didn't meet her requirements. Sure, she could be judging him too soon, but still. Plus, it was rather strange knowing him not to have a girlfriend already. "Jyongri this is my sister Hitomi...She goes to the same school as us but she's an underclassmen, But just like me she knows martial arts so I barley have to worry about her until she attacks me" Jyongri smiled, and turned to Hitomi as she introduced herself. "Nice to meet you too," she smiled. Underclassmen, hm? Jyongri didn't remember seeing her before, but maybe it had just slipped her mind. Hitmoi remind me to throw you into the lake later" Takashi laughed. Jyongri realized that they really looked fitting for each other- in a brother and sister way. She actually found it a little cute.[/blockquote][/blockquote][/size]

"Sisters...always are trouble" Takashi sighed and looked at his sister. "Don't you have something to do besides give a headache?" Takashi asked. Yeah, I told some of my friends that you'd play them in a basketball game today....not unless your doing something important" Hitomi said. Takashi thought about it for a minute then looked at Hitmoi with a blank expression on his face. "You made a bet didn't you" Takashi said. "You know me well Oni-Chan" Hitomi said grinning. "Err...I'll do it maybe later though"Takashi said. Hitomi nodded and ran off past them and Takashi sighed relief. He looked Jyon and bowed once more. "I'm So sorry about that I didn't mean to not pay much attention to you it was very rude of me" Takashi said
Takashi kept walking down with Jyon before stopping to say something to her. "I'm again really sorry for being maybe a creepy nuisance...It's just that you remind me of someone i knew along time ago that's all" Takashi said. He couldn't really smile at all but he was able to force it.

The two seemed to chat cheerfully a bit longer, until they began walking again. Takashi apologized for not paying too much attention. Yep, he was definetely a psychic. Jyongri sighed. Did he really have to say every single thing on her mind, if he really was a psychic?
"I'm again really sorry for being maybe a creepy nuisance...It's just that you remind me of someone i knew along time ago that's all." She looked at her feet, then foward again, trying to sound casual as she replied. "Nah, it's not your fault. I'm just being selfish... it's natural to be talking to your sister a lot. I'm just not that used to being left alone, that's all." she laughed, but stopped. If he finds out my profession in Korea, it's done for. I bet he'd tell the whole school, being popular. Even if he didn't mean it, he would probably let it slip sooner or later. Coughing, Jyongri quickly changed the subject. "So, tell me about this person you knew." She asked. Hmm, if someone reminded him of an amazing girl like me, that's something. She thought smugly.

"She Died" Takashi's eyes became dull a bit before he sighed and looked at her. "Well.....I really dont like talking about it much since....she died" Takashi said. He could of told her the story but he didn't like talking about it much. He sighed and looked at her again. "I'll tell you if you really want to hear it...only if you really want to hear and dont feel bad about it be honest with me..after all my time I study body language I can tell if your holding back" Takashi said. He kept walking down and down still next to the lake.

"Well.....I really dont like talking about it much since....she died." Jyongri looked down, and gave her respects politely. "I'm sorry." she said softly. Jyongri usually wasn't the sympathic type, but it seemed to her that this girl was somewhat special to Takashi. She didn't know what it felt like to lose someone close to her, but she definetely didn't want to... even though she'd probably have to face it sooner or later. It's just too bad people have to die so soon...
"I'll tell you if you really want to hear it...only if you really want to hear and dont feel bad about it be honest with me..after all my time I study body language I can tell if your holding back."
[/b] Oh, so that was it. He was just experienced at observing body language, not some psychic. Jyongri looked at him momentarily, and looked in front of her again. She just watched little kids running past them, and mothers chasing after their children. The mood had suddenly gone tense- not something Jyongri took a liking too. "I'm not going to make you tell me something that would hurt you. After all, even if you did tell me, it's not like it would do anything but bring back horrible memories." She replied. If Takashi was a smart kid, he probably had already looked past what had happened and moved on. Jyongri didn't want to just bring it up again. What would telling her do anyways?[/blockquote][/blockquote][/size]
