Face Claim: Okazaki Tomoya;;Clannad
Description:
FACE & HAIR:
. ABOUT THE HAIR , Tomoya has a steal blue hair color, which is his natural hair. His hair is neck length, with bangs that cover his upper face; leaving only enough space for people to see his eyes. His hairstyle is peculiar though, being that I can't find a hairstyle to call it. It just adds on to his bishonen look.
. ABOUT THE EYES , His eyes are blue as well. He has close-set eyes, there is little space between both eyes in relation to the proportion of the rest of the face.
BUILD: Tomoya has the build of a bishonen. He is tall, slender and androgynously beautiful. I would say he has abs, due to him playing basketball until highschool. His calm muscles and arm muscles are firmly muscular.
CLOTHING: Tomoya usually wears the school uniform on school days. Made by cotton and thick uniform polyester he wears a white cotton shirt underneath his vest. The shirt itself is very plain and long sleeve. The collar folds out by the neck, and the buttons button up straight down the middle. No pockets are on this shirt though. Then it comes down to the vest; light yellow jacket, lined, school badge emblem printed on chest. The jacket has two pockets near the waist, and one underneath the crest on his chest. Three buttons hold the jacket closed. Moving forward once more comes to his navy blue pants, which only have 2 pockets on each side of his waist. Finally his dark red tie; which is not clip on by the way, lays on top his white shirt. Outside of school, Tomoya doesn't really have a sense of style. He usually wears a button down shirt, white shirt underneath, and a pair of jeans. Or he would wear a hoody over a shirt.
HEIGHT:
5'8"
WEIGHT:
134 lbs
Personality:
Okazaki Tomoya, is one of your average “nice guys”. But unlike the cheesy, shy type who flushes to no end with a sight of a cute person or the cool but arrogant bishounen who has a bad past, Tomoya falls under one of the categories of the true type of “uniqueness.” He is a guy that wouldn’t love you for everything, but he is the kind of person who wouldn’t let you down no matter what. Tomoya is considered a lazy bum or delinquent at school and some students do not like him for his trait to skip classes or always arriving late for them. But in truth, Tomoya has a heart of gold, and deep down, a lonely person. It is always admirable to have to see main characters, with a bad past, but the kinds to never let events or sudden conflicts get to them when facing other people. Instead of having to share his emotions or even show it, he walks with a calm demeanor and even extends an open, warm palm for those who needs help.
Okazaki exists to deflate pomposity, point out the unlikelihood of certain plans, and deliver funny lines. Typically a he is the most cynical character. In most cases, it is implied that the snarker would make a good leader, strategist, or consultant given their ability to instantly see the flaws in a constructed plan. More often than not, his innate snarkiness is the only thing preventing the other characters from comprehending this for themselves. In other cases, he resorts to sarcasm because he's the only sane man. He likes playing pranks on anyone gullible enough to fall for them. He does this with a completely straight face, which makes it all the funnier. However, he seems to make such comments aloud only to mock others. He's not above making wry comments either.
When shocked or surprised, often by an absurdity or non sequential, the he may fall over onto his face, his limbs in a twisted mass above him. If something truly traumatic occurs to Tomoya, or if he's mortified or embarrassed beyond all reckoning, the upper half of their face, or even all of it, may turn blue — at least until he recover.
Tomoya has had a problem with his father since the accident of his mother. He would avoid his father, run out of the house, stay out all night, and get into arguments; which sometime ended up getting physical. The time he finally cracked, an basically disowned his father was when he pushed Tomoya and injured his shoulder. Leaving him unable to play the sport he admired, basketball. After that he was then found out to be doing delinquent behavior. Okazaki Tomoya is known as this, due to his tendency to skip classes or always arriving late for them. He has the record, but is trying to change.
Tomoya will just about play pranks on anyone, if their gullible to fall for it. You could say it became a hobby of his. The one person he plays pranks on most would be his best close friend, Sunohara. He openly questions and mocks authority, encourages impulse and enthusiasm, seeks out new ideas and experiences, destroys convention and complacency, promoting chaos and unrest. At the same time, he brings new knowledge, and wisdom. Even when punished horribly for his effrontery, his indomitable spirit keeps him coming back for more.
Histoy:
The leaves started falling from the trees, it started to get colder as the wind blew, and the voice of a newborn was heard this fall. Okazaki Tomoya was born on October 30th, from parents who’s names where Atsuko and Naoyuki Okazaki. It has been a few years after their marriage and had settles down in a flat near Okinawa. Okazaki Naoyuki was a businessman working, and his mom Okazaki Atsuko was a teacher. They adored their child very much, and were pleased to have had a son. Tomoya was an energetic baby, who’d always find some way to make mischief; which is shown later on in his life as he pulls pranks on a certain few. The Okazaki family didn’t mind that Tomoya was like that though, being he was still a little baby. Those affectionate feeling continued through the years of Tomoya’s life as he grew up, it encouraged him.
Until that tragic mishap that started to spread his family apart. Tomoya was 5 yrs old, when this happened, the death of his mother. It was an evening like any other, and Tomoya was inside the apartment sleeping. A few hours later his dad came to his room, and watched him with eyes that seem regrettable of life. Tomoya couldn’t understand as he was awoken by his father. Naoyuki decided to break the news to him, slowly, yet calmly at the time. She ended up getting in a car accident, having a truck crash into her. Tomoya was sad, but could not understand the dept to the situation. He cried through the night with his father, but he never thought things would go worst from that point on. They had a ceremony in her honor. Naoyuki decided to quit his job. He then took Tomoya to a hill and said their farewells, to a wife and a mother who couldn’t be replaced.
After that Tomoya and his father would move from place to place, frequently. He still cherished Tomoya, and he did the same. After 2 yrs passed from the accident, Noayuki ended up becoming an alcoholic, to avoid his work difficulties. It became rough on Tomoya as he started to play outside more to avoid his father. They still talked though, but not as often. They started seeing less of each other, as his father started gambling what little money they had. By time his father came home, Tomoya would probably be a sleep or pretending to sleep to avoid arguing, while holding on to anger, and sadness.
One day as Tomoya was playing in his neighborhood, he chased a butterfly. He ran along fences and through bushes, with his net in hand. He suddenly heard music, a violin, and he chased the noise. When he suddenly stopped he ended up in someone’s backyard, looking around and watching his surroundings. The music intrigued him, even though he didn’t have the flare this certain girl had. The girl behind the sliding door suddenly stopped playing, and that’s when their eyes met. After that first encounter they became friends. Kotomi, was someone Tomoya took a liking too, as they played almost everyday. She started to teach him, about all the different types of flowers in their flower bed. Tomoya never quite understood it all though, he would just say something to make him look like he understood. Instead of them going out behind the hedges to play, she would avoid it and instead read books to him. They would also eat together in the yard.
As the days continued he was invited to Kotomi’s birthday. He was enthusiastic about it as he agreed to come, and bring his friends as well. Evidently, when the day came for her birthday, he never showed. He couldn’t bring himself to face her; after all, his friends rejected his offer in coming. Late that evening he felt guilty for not showing, so he headed over there; he wanted to apologize. As he arrived at the house, the lights were off, and he heard something like… crying. He headed through to the back door and ran up the stairs. The crying got louder as he appeared on the second floor of the house. He was worried, he left his friend, and he felt cowardice for it. As he opened the door the wailing came from, bright flames gleamed in his eyes. He wondered about why she was crying near the fire, as he headed to the kitchen to get water. He would repeat that over and over, but to no avail he couldn’t calm down the fire. The flames continued to spread across her fathers desk, until the bad man showed up to put it out. Tomoya was young and didn’t know how to console someone, so their meetings dwindle right after. He would still pass by her house, but never saw her. Time continued and all of it seemed like a fleeting dream, which ended up in him forgetting a dear friend.
As time went on you would’ve thought things would get better for this young man, but in truth it went down hill. When Tomoya finally reached middle school he started to play basketball. He wasfairlyvery good at it. For him at this point in his life, nothing could go wrong, or so he thought. During his last year of middle school life, another tragic accident happened. He had an important basketball coming up, and he was extremely happy about his progress in the sport. When he came home that evening though, he found his father in a drunken state and basically passed out on the table. He wanted to tell his father about what had happened, but it seemed he made a bad choice in waking him up. His father probably quit his job again and went gambling, as he was in a foul mood. They started yelling at each other, for a few hours, which ended up getting physical. Tomoya was pushed, injuring his shoulder, against the wall. He ran out of the house and headed to the hospital alone. That was the last time they had an argument, as Tomoya disowned him; as a father.
His high school life then started and it was a rough first year. Tomoya had got into a dispute with another student, which ended up in them fighting. He was sent off to the faculty office. When he arrived there, that’s where he bumped into Sunohara. He thought Sunohara was a weird blonde haired kid, and they laughed at each other when they saw their faces tattered. He felt the need to do stupid thing with him. They told each other their story and ended up hanging out with each other ever since. They became renown delinquents throughout the school for their, skipping class, coming late to school, and showing up late for class. It was fun while he was with Sunohara though; he was quite the entertaining folk. They became good friends ever since.
The starting of third year was stressful. Tomoya was fed up of this town, and all the bad memories he had with it. He wished to forget those memories though. It became a usual routine for him, heading to school, discussing useless things, and then heading home; which he didn’t want to go to. He wanted a change of pace in his life, and wondered on whether that would ever come. On his way walking to school he saw someone, a girl, just standing still on the hill. She was a bit odd and it surprised him. He ended up encouraging her, in a way, to find new happy times. That was the first meeting of Nagisa, and they ended up becoming friends since then.

From a site called Yuuretsu Chronicles. I play Sasuke.....thank you, thank you no pictures.
Sasuke glared at Suigetsu at when brought up Guren. He knew she didn't accept him, but she still showed respect knowing she might have died, otherwise. Her jutsu's caught the Uchiha's eye, but her loyalty to Orochimaru was sickening. He never planned to use her body again, but she was still loyal to him. It reminded him of Kimimaro's situation, dying to save Sasuke. All of that was something Sasuke felt irritating since he was small, because how his father and older brother fought a lot before the incident. Also, how Itachi would never be loyal to his word when he was planning all of that. He thought, but decided on not doing it since the greater the jutsu, the higher price you would have to pay. He didn't want to end up like Orochimaru either or like Kakashi. Knowing that reminded him why he pursued the Mangekyou Sharingan. The great amount of power in that drawed him in, even if he knew a high price was to be paid.
But he still loved his brother back then, even if he broke his word. But loyalty always made him remember past mistakes from the Uchiha Clan. "He's getting weaker by the day, he needs a new body. When he's near his weakest, I'll strike. He won't be able to put much of a fight then, hopefully." The cockiness in his tone would make someone laugh, but being that he had those cursed eyes anything could be possible. "In a month or two that time will come to past, as he will be dead. Guren won't be much of a worry then, she will just lose her cause for living. I might be able to draw her onto my side then." A sinister look showed on the face of a boy who's seen hell.
Sasuke suddenly noticed as Suigetsu started to reform his body. "That jutsu would nice to copy with my sharingan."
As the conversation went farther, Suigetsu's next statement only made him more interested in dragging him on to his team. It wasn't that Sasuke trusted him, it was just that they had an understanding. If push comes to shove we go our separate ways. "Suigetsu, if you believe I trust you, then I'll leave you believe that. Even though you made that a question. On the other hand if you did leave, I'll let you do as you please." Sasuke never intended to hold anyone of this squad of their free will, but he need people serious enough for both his goal and theirs, That was all their was to it.
He suddenly felt an urge to test Suigetsu. He wanted to make sure he was making the right decision. Can't ever be to careful right? Sasuke stood out of his seat, and grabbed hold of his katana. He slowly unsheathed the sword, pointing it at Suigetsu's tank. "I'm looking forward to seeing your skills. Don't worry about holding back either." He lowered his right hand, pointing his katana to the ground as he walked over to a switch that started to drain water from the tank, and opening it up. If Suigetsu wanted to not be sucked in, he had better reform himself completely. Sasuke stood still not facing Suigetsu, but at the clothes that were on the desk; where he removed the chair. "Humph."[/blockquote]
