Date: May, 6th, 2003, Tuesday Time: 7:45am (Before School)
Location: Road leading to School
Kiyoshi covered his mouth with his hand as he yawned, carrying his school bag under his arm. Looking up, there were few clouds in the sky and nothing seemed to be wrong with the day. Though, it was rather early and having lacked sleep due to studying, Kiyoshi was getting teary eyed. He got up on time, ate on time and left on time, according to his watch. He was still having trouble adjusting to the time differences from Britain, the school bells being different because of things such as morning club. Because of this, it's become a habit to leave early enough so he wouldn't be late. He needed to keep a good record at school as well to help keep up his facade. He would need to keep this up for another year, and he was feeling the stress already after around a month being in Japan. The stress of keeping up a false personality, studying extra hard and also going out at night to keep up his hobby of rollerblading or simply to go out and cool down.
Yawning again, Kiyoshi clenched his teeth hard and managed to avoid it partially. Walking down the same path, he was sure he had it memorized but every now and then things would appear out of place, and so he would be delayed on his way to school. It's just not the same as growing up around it, everything is so different that a simple change such as a new side street could throw him off. Pushing irrelevant thoughts aside, Kiyoshi began thinking on his rollerblading and the different tricks he knew, as well as how to improve them. He also thought on new tricks he could learn to do. He could do flips and land them no problem, but he still couldn't keep up his speed when doing it for fear of losing his footing. It was quite difficult with wheels as they would slide and continue after the flip, forcing you to continue or fall over as if slipping on something.
The sensation of having your feet swept away is hard to get use to, and it happened all the time when Kiyoshi was training his side, back and forward flips on rollerblades. His sister would always patch him up when he got injured. Turning a corner, he nearly walked into a pole but continued walking, beginning to ignore things around him as he thought. Traveling to school is usually easy but when zoning out, it becomes dangerous. Though, most people stay aware of it. Unluckily for Kiyoshi, he can't see what's around a corner and avoid it when thinking on different things. For now it was a straight path, but there was a corner he needed to turn coming up ahead. There are no obstacles around that corner, but there may be students who he doesn't notice. It's a straight path he's turning onto, so if a student was walking by at the right time... Oh, someone's walking past.
Looking up a tad too late, Kiyoshi could see someone in a uniform in front of him, walking towards school. Having not payed attention, it was an accident waiting to happen. Just a single step away as he began to look up, he couldn't stop in time and instead thought of how to avoid it. His tired mind began kicking into gear, searching his knowledge of rollerblading and gymnastics, looking for something to help him. A determined look appeared on his face as he tried to avoid it. A step forward to the side of the person, then a double spin on the front of the foot, placing the other foot down halfway through and spinning the second time on that foot to, in the end, appear on the other side of the person. Well, that was how it was planned out. Unfortunately, Kiyoshi's joints hadn't been warmed up and so as he tried to shift his weight onto the first foot with his heel off the ground, the foot gave way and he collapsed.
Ending with the same result of crashing into the other student, Kiyoshi ended up taking them down with him, though he took the fall, holding them as he hit the ground, landing on his back. He had to at least make up for failing in his technique execution. Letting go, Kiyoshi felt the back of his head and found a small bump. His back was a bit sore but mostly alright, besides a bit of dust. His left ankle, which he tried to spin on, was slightly sprained, though he could probably still walk on it, with some slight pain, and running would be out of the question. Sitting up, Kiyoshi looked around and found two bags lying on the ground. and grabbed the one closest to him. The bags were identical, being school bags. Most likely it was the wrong one, but that is a later story. Looking towards the person he had bumped into, Kiyoshi spoke to them with a smile. "Sorry about that... Are you okay?"

No, she was definitely not okay. Still, it was... mostly an accident, she surmised.
She had been... for lack of a better term, thrown down, in not exactly an elegant manner... if there ever was an elegant manner of being thrown down, and whatever manner she had been floored with, she didn't exactly appreciate being floored. It had all happened so quickly, she wasn't exactly sure what the other person had done to put them in this situation, and what he had done to salvage it... for she felt mostly shock and surprise, rather than the requisite throbbing pain.
She was, obviously, going to school, having dropped by the bus stop a few paces away from this area; the Fujibayashi twins have certain times when they didn't come together at school, and these have increased in frequency ever since her elder sister had managed to acquire her two-wheeled glory, though Ryou liked to think that her sister was increasing her confidence in her.
While she had been thinking about certain things... her reply to Haru-kun's confession, Fuuko-chan's situation, and subsequently more mundane, and somewhat less important things, such as her duty as a class representative and Okazaki-kun not giving that particular form she had distributed last month... she was certainly alert enough, or at least she thought so. That didn't mean she was fast enough; she wasn't exactly athletic... there was a blur, and then the world seemed to decide to upend on an axis she was unfamiliar with...
She opened her eyes. They had been closed for a while, ever since she noticed the change in her balance; she now just opened them when she had ascertained her stable state. She was rather surprised, again, that she was... the one on top, the boy... it was a boy... held her up.
He must have, through some feat of agility, exchanged their places... and he's a boy. If he had been moving fast enough to run into her, then maybe he was fast enough to change his direction... no, that doesn't follow, and he is a boy. Are there other people looking at this? He's a boy. I wonder what oneechan would think, seeing he's a boy. I wonder what Haru-kun would think, seeing he's a boy.
"Uh... uh..." she whimpered, a little unsure. She flushed a certain familiar shade of red, embarrassed, snatching for words to come to her tongue, much like someone drowning looking for something to cling to.
She'd been in certain awkward situations before, but... well, you never quite get the hang of awkward situations. That was what mostly made them awkward. She decided she'd... untangle herself, from the mess, first. The... boy might have been the reason for this event, but she couldn't be the only one harmed. Actually, he might be the only one harmed, seeing that it seemed he had caught her.
So, despite not being as okay as she would like to, being flustered and all... she had been relatively unhurt, so she supposed that sufficed. As being okay despite not being so okay. And she was recovering. She now sat on the ground, so that her unintentional assailant could do so, as well. She nodded, meekly, even as she attempted to reclaim her grip on reality. The other person may not be... as okay as her.
"How... how about you?"

So, my idea for the rest is sort of.... like this. 1) Head to school separately. 2a) Kiyoshi goes to Infirmary instead of class. 2b) Ryou goes to class, sees she has wrong bag/or decides to check on Kiyoshi who she saw limping, can't find Kiyoshi in class 3) Both attend class, Kiyoshi realizes he has wrong bag... does her homework =P, Ryou sees she has wrong bag (if she hasn't already) 4) Both meet up at first break somehow. 5) Play by ear?
Upon having the burden lifted from his torso, Kiyoshi remained seated and left his legs how they were, sliding a hand down his leg and placing it on his injured ankle to feel how badly it was injured. Without looking in the direction and keeping a good and cheerful face looking at Ryou, Kiyoshi tensed his face for a slight second as he applied pressure to his ankle. It would be alright for now but it would get difficult later on. When he reaches school, he will simply have to go to the infirmary and get it bandaged. Resting his hands where they were like it was natural, one of the school bags was at his side (which was actually Ryou's bag) and he held it close to him so that he could get up and leave with 'his' bag when this ordeal was over. Finished with his self preparation and evaluation, he looked at the girl he bumped into and listened as she directed a question to him.
"I'm alright. See?" Standing up as he spoke, Kiyoshi jumped lightly on the spot, shifting all his weight to his good foot stealthily. Picking up the bag he had next to him, he held it with his right hand and held out his left to Ryou who was still on the ground, offering to help her up with a smile on his face. There was no grazes on him, his back was a bit dirty and felt a bit sore and his head was sort of bumped but nothing too bad or noticeable. Holding the bag under his arm like previously again, Kiyoshi began taking a few paces away from Ryou, regardless of whether she accepted the help or not, and gave her a two-finger salute as he turned around to continue walking. He mixed in a bit of English out of habit and, having confirmed that she was alright already, had no problems with heading off without much else said. "Sorry about that. See ya later!"
Kiyoshi didn't like talking to girls much. They were too untrustworthy in his mind, regardless of how they act. In fact, he believes that the nicer the girl, the worse they are. An old and insignificant scar but one nonetheless. He didn't like to talk with girls for too long in case they began saying things that could mislead him. He would turn gay if he wasn't already straight. Of course, he still has his tastes, but his pre-conception about girls drives him away from them being anything but acquaintance or loose friend. Walking off at a normal pace and leaving the girl behind, Kiyoshi didn't bother to check if he had the correct school bag or not and instead worried more about his ankle. Before he had been walking at a quick pace but was now slowed down to a normal walk, if not a bit slower with a small, barely noticeable limp. It was a bearable pain, but annoying enough to make him limp slightly. That, and it would get worse if he pushed it too much.
Nearly at school, the walk up the hill was rather painful that Kiyoshi was beginning to sweat a bit, but he could pass it off as the weather. The hot can make someone sweat, but there is also a cold sweat, and that is what he can pass it off as. He was limping a bit more noticeably now but when he gets the the nurses office, that should do him for a while. A bit of a narration outside of Kiyoshi's thoughts, it would sure come as a surprise to him if he found gym clothes in the bag that wasn't his. He also couldn't remember what he had each day so he brought PE gear regardless and managed to make it fit. Inside his bag was also his sketchbook, a couple of textbooks at a level or two higher than what he should be learning, which he has been studying out of habit, and a few random things like his lunch money and shopping list. He was set on getting his weekly supplies every Tuesday. Finding himself at the top of the hill and finally at the entrance to school, Kiyoshi headed straight for the infirmary, doing what he could to look like he was alright, and pulling it off for now. Pain was nothing to him after all the falls he had taken before.
Entering the school Infirmary, Kiyoshi gave a small greeting as an announcement he had entered the room and wanted to be attended to. Once the school nurse had a look at his ankle, she decided to have him stay for at least the first ten minutes of the first class, long enough to have it iced and bandaged well. Finding no other way, Kiyoshi lays down on one of the Infirmary beds and watches as the nurse bandages his left ankle. It was just a normal bandaging, nothing too serious, just applying some compression. Next thing on the list, using the stuff of R.I.C.E (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation), was Ice. Using an ice pack and wrapping it around his ankle, tying it on, the Nurse left it at that as it covered the necessary things. Bag next to him and nothing to do, Kiyoshi laid back and waited for things to pass. As he thought, he could hear the bell ring, signaling the start of first period. Ten minutes wasn't enough to draw a picture, but it was enough to get a bit of homework done. But, he decided to wait until he had a desk.

OC: With this post: 1.) They headed to school separately. Ryou's pace is still slower than Kiyoshi's pace, methinks, so they wouldn't meet again. 2.) Ryou just found out about the switch in her class, and has excused herself. - I'm thinking Haru (her OC boyfriend) would see her as she passes his classroom. If not, I need some way for her to figure out who and where Kiyoshi is... I'll be editing this post if that happens. We can discuss mroe via PM or Skype. She took his hand gingerly, as she slowly stood up.
While Ryou was not exactly known for being observant-- she was not absent-minded, but she definitely wasn't the person you expect to notice and record the little things-- she had what she liked to call her 'maiden's inspiration'. That was what she claimed to be fueling her blurred glimpses to the future. That was why, even though he had said he was... all right, she... felt... that he was not.
But he had altogether been too fast for her. Just as quickly as he had bumped into her, he was going off, saying goodbye, with only a mild reassurance and a terse apology. It was a strange sort of hurry. As had been mentioned before, Ryou wasn't particularly keen... she picked up only a few details; his foreign visage, his English greeting, and a general feeling of unease.
He had trotted off a fair distance before she realized she knew neither name nor year of the boy she had encountered. She had not been even given time to be shocked enough, or to thank him, besides a nod. Realizing she would be late if she dwelled on the event too much and some more, she picked up the bag... she thought it weighed differently, but she decided to dismiss the notion... and she continued. She wondered if it would be true, if they would see each other again. She wondered why she was having all these weird events happen to her, though she guessed this was less in gravity than the two confessions she had received but some days ago.
Perhaps the whole thing would have ended just like that, if not for one little thing; the belongings of the pair had been switched. And so, the next part of this story would be... when Ryou would find out that somebody who had bumped into her a while ago... was in possession of her school essentials.
That was... when she checked her bag when she reached her classroom, still a few minutes before the start of class. She let out a soundless exclamation, as she was wont to do. She closed the bag immediately, as soon as she recognized that the things inside weren't hers; there might be... personal things. What should she do? Should she look for the boy now, or wait until breaktime? After all, she still had some of her things in the compartment of her desk, and she could manage the next few subjects... but what about him? Would he be all right? She looked around in a panic, her face betraying her distress. Should she go to her sister? She didn't want to disturb her...
The teacher for their first period entered.
"Sensei, I'm very sorry, please excuse me!" she exclaimed, in a desperate tone, as she brought the offending bag with her. She exited the classroom with not a few of her classmates looking a little surprised, and the teacher frowning a bit, and then deciding to pick somebody else to do the official greeting, as their representative had excused herself... what she did was a little reckless, a little uncharacteristic of her, but it wasn't everyday she was put into these sorts of situations... and to top it off, she had so few clues...
Now, where to? she said to herself, as she started going the corridor. Maybe she could ask somebody... the teachers in charge of the second years?

So it was back to the normal grind of the school day. After a nice break and going to that hot springs, it was now time for books, papers, and classes once again. But at least this time things were slightly different, if you would call having a girlfriend 'slightly different'. That tense week of wondering just how Ryou would respond to him was rewarded with a 'yes', and a rather meaningful series of conversations afterwards as the two worked to know each other better. Of course now here they were back in school, and that meant one thing; gossip. But he could deal with it now. All there was to talk about was that him and Ryou were together...and possibly Kyou threatening someone somewhere over it. Nothing to really be concerned about right? All he had to do now was enjoy this whole 'dating' thing the best he could, no worries.
Of course dating didn't get you out of doing work, and so here he was, finding himself in the middle of the hallway carrying some papers for his homeroom teacher. It was just some small stuff, forms and all that to take to the office while the teacher was busy with homeroom duties. It was nice to be out in the hall anyway, being much quieter without all the people rushing through it. The morning class routine was rather monotnous anyway, but out here he could do whatever he wanted to; whistle, skip, sing...not that he was doing any of those things but he could do them if he wanted to and that was all that mattered.
Before he had the chance try out his new found freedom, however, he heard the sounds of someone else in the hallway. Just instinctively he looked towards the sound to see who it was, and surprised to see that Ryou was out of class too.
"Oh hey Ryou, are you out doing some class rep business or something?"

"Ha-ha-Haru-kun!" she stammered, shaken out of her deliberation by the voice of her friend.
Boyfriend.
Agh, she did not have time for this, no matter how pleasant it was in an awkward sort of way.
Did she really admit that to herself?
She turned, and she was right; the sound, that reassuring tone, it had been his. He was... carrying something less odd, less conspicuous, a bunch of papers. Because, of course, during class hours, it really would be strange for a student to be carrying her bag, while papers often brought up the idea that the carrier was merely running an errand for a teacher.
That meant he was... preoccupied.
She had been having trouble finding someone who could help her. What did she have to identify the person? She had only glimpsed him, and she was not exactly very good in remembering the appearances of still-strangers. Furthermore, the corridors were desolate.
She... she could ask Haru to help, but it looked like he was busy... her eyes shifted nervously. But she was his girlfriend. But she didn't want to ruin his reputation. Was she overthinking it? Her sister said she often did. She... she could ask if it would be all right to ask him.
So she did.
"Haru-kun... anou... could you help me?" she said, bowing a little too deeply for the sort of request one makes from one youngster to another. Her eyes were to the ground. She held up the bag that looked similar to hers... only it had not been hers. Why did such a foreign-looking person, a male, even, have a similar bag to hers?
"You see... this isn't... my bag."
She took a breath as she ransacked her vocabulary for how to explain the situation, in greater detail. (Haru has... a window of opportunity to react.)

Haru had to wonder what it was that had Ryou all flustered up. He had a bit of a slight smile as she turned around. Already she seemed rather nervous about something. Apparently she…got her bag mixed up with someone else’s? Well, there really wasn’t much he could do something about that except maybe try and help her out in trying to track the person down. But he didn’t have that much time to help though considering he had these papers to deliver. Still, he would do the best that he could to help her out.
”Okay, calm down, calm down. I’m sure this should be easy to fix. Do you remember what the guy looked like?”
Considering how upset she was about the whole thing, Haru was hoping his rather calm demeanor about the whole thing would calm her down. It was just a simple mixed-up bag. It wasn’t that big of a deal, was it? At least she was fixing it now before anything important was going on in terms of homework or whatnot.

Fujibayashi Ryou breathed in, and out, steadying herself. She needed to focus; she could worry about the stuff that embarrassed her, whether in a positive or a negative way, later. The girl smiled gratefully to her boyfriend, before choosing to adopt a pensive expression. She struggled to remember what he, the hasty stranger, looked like.
"I bumped... well, he bumped into me while we were going to school, and maybe there we got our bags mixed up."
He had been in a hurry, she had been flustered, and he had immediately taken one of their bags that it did not occur to her that he was mistaken. She had been a bit rattled at that point... she had not seen what color the emblem on his uniform was, that would have identified his year. So she had to consider other things... other clues, the ones she did notice about him...
"He... he looked foreign. He even spoke English." she recalled; that had been the most striking aspect of her appearance.
While some of her schoolmates had certain giveaway features from a foreign parent, the male had seemed almost Caucasian. She was not sure of the color of the eyes, if they had been blue or grey, but...
"He had blonde hair... it looked natural..." she remarked, although her only reference of an unnatural blonde was Sunohara Youhei.
Suddenly a thought sprang into her head. She remembered... that the boy... well, it had been just a hunch, and he had assured her... but that might be her best clue, and if that clue did point out to him, then she actually knew where she should look for. "He... he was wearing rollerblades when we collided." she mentioned.
"He... he might be injured."

Kiyoshi sat in the infirmary on the bed, resitng his ankle appropriately. It was safe to say he was getting bored very quickly. Glancing at his bag a few times, he finally decided to do some studying while he had the free time. It would give him a chance to go out and roller blade that night as well, if he managed to get enough done in the time he had. Sadly, the level his class was working at wasn't quite enough for his own personal studies and so he would have to just revise what he could. Picking up his bag and looking inside, he noticed something weird. The contents of his bag were not his own. In fact, the bag itself was not his own as he looked closer at it. The items inside the bad were that of a female student's. More specifically, a third year student. It must have been the one he bumped into earlier. Taking out one of the books, he saw the name on the front as "Fujibayashi Ryou". Then he realized that this girl must also have his own bag.
Ignoring the fact it wasn't his bag at the moment, he gave in to the reality that was now. He couldn't get up right now with an injured ankle and go grab his bag from a random third year student. Well, he could but it wouldn't play out too well. Going through the books that were in the bag, he got a good look at the different subjects that Ryou was studying and began sorting them into an order of preference. Starting with his most liked subject, he took out a pen from the bag and began to fill in answers to the homework that was inside the first book. He wrote them out neatly like always, and rushed a bit like he usually would, but added in some extra details such as how to do such and such. In short, he was answering each question and explaining how to answer them. Actually doing the work that was a year above him, he began to realzie that his own self studies were paying off. He could understand it no problem, but it was within the correct difficulty that it helped him learn. Getting through the homework with some ease, he closed it and placed it back in the bag, moving on to the next subject.
This book took a little while longer to do because it wasn't his favorite. He had a lot of free time. In his rush to finish what he could, his writing began to get sloppy in this book. He still wrote out tips on how to do it, though. Getting on to the third book, he was speeding through it with sloppy writing and outlining how to answer it like he did before but he abbreviated it more and seemed to get lazy. Once he sped through this book in the 10-30 mins he had, he stuck all of the books into the bag and picked one at random, beginning to use it as a drawing book. It wouldn't be a picture he could keep this time, though the quick ones were usually throw away pictures anyway. Thinking on what to draw, Kiyoshi decided he would attempt to remember the girl he bumped into. Leaving the background out of this one and sticking to the main details such as clothing, hair, face and fingers, he did a basic sketch drawing of Ryou collapsed on the ground, sitting there dazed after being bumped into. it looked like a rough drawing wiht heaps of construction lines and trial-and-error lines, but he darkened the true lines after a whil to get a more solid picture in. He left it unshaded though, because he only had a pen.
Sighing, he placed the book back in the bag and thought about what to do now. He could search through the bag in more thorough detail and do what he wanted with it, going against his anti-female thoughts, or he could vandalize the bag going with his anti-female thoughts. Though, the latter would make him unpopular in school. He needed to keep up a good reputation for the mean time, or as long as possible. And also, Ryou may come looking for her bag so he wouldn't have a chance to do much to it. She looked like the type to cry easily as well. The type of girl he would hate to know and get acquainted with. A good type of girl to be a trickster, devious inside and hidden under the cuteness. Noticing something inside the bag, he pulled out what seemed like three playing cards. Jack of Spades, Black and White Joker and the Ace of Hearts. Having no idea what they were for, he put the three cards in his pocket for the mean time and closed the bag up, keeping it on his lap. It had a nostalgic smell. The smell of a girl. He pushed the thoughts aside for now. They were bad thoughts of times past.
OOC: Sorry for spelling mistakes and all of that. Speed typing on a keyboard I'm not use to, so it ends up pretty messy.

”Foreign? Kichiro asked. He had noticed that there were a lot of foreign students arriving to this school the last few years. The city had been growing lately, but he hadn’t thought it large enough to warrant the number they were getting. Whatever the case, at least that narrowed down the number of people they had to look for; even with the large number of them, they were still a very small minority of the total school. Finding a male foreigner shouldn’t be too hard of a task then, especially one who spoke a foreign language and was a natural blonde. About the only blonde he knew of was Sunohara, and even then the understanding was it was bleached.
”Well then, that should be pretty easy to find; there aren’t too many people that fit this description in the school…”
Still, he was working on a time limit right now; he didn’t have much time he could waste looking around. He was about to suggest they just look for it later when all of a sudden she stated the boy was possibly injured roller-skating. Up the hill to this school? Well, now they could probably add crazy to the list; Kichiro barely understood why people rode bikes up that hill. At least that narrowed down the area then where to look, unless he was one of those tough guys who just ‘walked off’ the pain.
”Then I guess you should try checking the nurse’s office then. I can walk with you part of the way at least since I’m heading in that general direction, okay?”
Without really waiting for an answer, Kichiro started walking slowly towards the nurse’s office. He just shuffled the papers around in his hand a bit, not really sure to do. Now was his first time being with Ryou outside of that trip, so he wasn’t sure what exactly was acceptable at school and what wasn’t (well, outside of really obvious limits). More importantly, not sure what there was to talk about right now…
”So, uhm, how is Kyou doing? Since she wasn’t on the trip she sort of missed a few things, so I hope she wasn’t too upset about it…”
Yeah, that was subtle way to figure out that one small thing that had been nagging at him; what in the world did Kyou think about them? Or at the very least, figure out if Ryou had said anything about it. If it had to be kept a secret from her, well…yeah he had a feeling that wouldn’t be good for his health at all…

"Oh."
Belatedly the girl came upon the idea that the contents of the bag would identify its owner. She looked a bit sheepish as she came upon this thought.
Guessing that a lone notebook would be enough for the task, she opened the bag that was not hers, and found the label: the owner was one Hibiki Kiyoshi. She did not go through the rest of the bag, though she did get a glimpse of its inside as she tried to neatly return the notebook from the place where it was.It would be impolite to go through another's things.
"I should have thought of this earlier..." she muttered, mostly to herself, though Haru would be able to hear it. "Haru-kun... his name's Hibiki Kiyoshi... and he's in 2-B." she smiled, having gotten even clearer bearings. "So if he's not in the nurse's office, we have somewhere else to look for him..."
"Um, I mean... well, you're just accompanying me on the way..." she trailed, thinking she might have stretched her request to her boyfriend a bit more than was proper. After all, he still had things to do... "But thanks... for accompanying me." she beamed.
"Let's go."
She closed the bag and straightened herself. While she might have gotten to the same clues by herself, Haru had calmed her well enough for her to find them a lot quicker than if she was rattled, like just a while ago. She really had much to be grateful. She started going to the general direction of the nurse's office.
"Oneechan..." she said. "To be honest... I haven't gotten around to telling her..." she whimpered. Maybe it would be better if both of them came upon the judgment of the fiercer Fujibayashi instead of just one of them informing her... Ryou wasn't sure which would daunt her more, an overprotective Kyou or an overenthusiastic Kyou... and those were just the most predictable outcomes of telling her... that the two of them were going out.
"Let's tell her together?"

OOC: Sorry these are so short; just trying to move things along and figured better to get a short post going somewhere than a long post saying nothing
Huh, why didn’t he think to just look at the person’s stuff and get a name? Well, in any case they had a name and a location. That was going to make things a lot easier for them to track down this Hibiki person. At the very least, they now got his classroom so they could always drop it off there. Still, they needed to get her stuff too, which would require him. So it was still off to the nurses office. The beam coming from Ryou was making him blush a little; it was a little embarrassing to get so much praise for what really was a little thing.
”It’s no problem at all. We’re boyfriend and girlfriend now so helping each other out like this is just natural.”
He had been reading way too many romance manga recently. Still, when in doubt, fall back on a cliché, and he had been using those a lot lately. Hopefully their relationship would start feeling a little more natural once things settled down. Calming down for now, he simply got into stride alongside Ryou, chatting along about Kyou. It didn’t surprise him that she hadn’t told Kyou about it yet. Still, they were going to have to face her eventually; it wouldn’t be long before the rumors reached her ears.
”Yeah, that might be best, that way one of us could distract her while the other runs away.” he said, laughing a little to himself (at least he thought it was funny).

OC: I guess we'll wait for Tarry to post..."Haha~"
She had found it funny, too, in a way. She would have wanted to continue simply sharing nervous laughter with Haru right there, but there were things both of them had to do. They would still be able to converse until she found the boy who she had inadvertently switched bags with... or maybe just until they reached one of the places where he might be. That was a little sad, but then again, at a different time, she would probably be in her class, taking lessons, and so maybe this turn of events was fortuitous, in some way or another.
"I wonder what we should be more afraid of... an Oneechan who disapproves... or an Oneechan who approves..."
Her boyfriend bringing up the topic of their relationship made her think of the various implications the change will bring with it. For one, now... her sister wouldn't have to... pretend so much anymore... to hold herself back for her sake, although that probably did not mean she would go for Okazaki-kun immediately. A wryness came upon her features as she contemplated her responsibility, her need to make amends... she had been... selfish. While she had decided on being with Haru... her previous preoccupation with the so-called delinquent still had its effects, although perhaps she were exaggerating them.
With a bit of navigation they made their way through the corridors, down the stairs, and then to the aisle of their destination. They reached the place quicker than she had expected them to... she almost regretted it. Reaching the door of the practitioner's quarters, she looked at it... she was planning to be a nurse, going to a college once she was done with high school... so the place was somewhat familiar to her. She wondered if one of the assigned people was one of those she knew. She peered through the glass, and then she knocked.
"Hello?"
"Is a Hibiki-san in there?"

OOC: Sorry for taking so long. Busy doing stuff, the usual. My next thread which I hope to get enough time to do will be where he can't take putting up a facade anymore =P And short post, need to get this done. Little muse here and bad keyboards.
Kiyoshi felt a bit of relief when he heard the knock on the door. It meant his worries were over. He had played around enough in the books of Ryou, studying while he did so, and now he wanted his own things back. He simply wanted things back to normal and quick. He had done his amendments of sorts for taking the wrong bag, now he was ready to head back to class. That is, after he had healed his ankle well enough to at least sit in class with a raised leg. He needed it healed properly if he wanted to keep rollerblading undisturbed and without further injury. Stirring in his bed a bit, he noticed that the school nurse and/or helper wasn't in at the moment and so he replied instead. "Morning. I'm Hibiki. I take it you're Ryou Fujibayashi?"

She had found him.
"Uh... yes." she replied to his inquiry as she entered, sliding the door.
The infirmary's personnel were missing... she found the person she sought after, sitting up on the bed, his leg propped up. It seemed she had guessed right; their collision had caused a sprain, or exacerbated an injury that was already there (though that was less likely, considering he was roller skating). At least it looked like he was recuperating...
"Yes, I'm Fujibayashi Ryou... Hibiki-san." she reiterated.
He knew her name. He must have done the same thing as her... looked into the bag to see who its owner was; he just couldn't probably seek her out, since he was incapacitated, in a fashion. She hoped he didn't fiddle with it too much; she didn't go over his things too much.
She bowed sharply.
"Anou... I'm sorry for your ankle... and your bag."
One could argue that it was mostly not her fault, but now that her fears had been confirmed, despite the boy having assured her he was okay, she felt a little guilty again. It might have been too much to dodge him... but at least she should have been a little more insistent, and she should have kept a more level head in that moment, so that the switch wouldn't occur.
She stepped towards him and offered him his bag.
