Ageha is described best as a dreamer, a person who aspires and hope for many achievements. However, what she believes that she actually can achieve is to have a happy, harmonious family. She wishes that her parents would be together again but she respects the love her father and her stepmother have, so instead of having her mother and father love each other again, they would be best friends. She also wishes the twins and her stepbrothers got along better, but she does her best to mediate the fights in between them, being skillful at debate and resolve, despite them being very different things. Of course, she finds it hard to argue against a silver tongue or anyone else who dares to twist her own words against her.
Ageha is a romantic, dreaming of finding her one true love. She promised to not date until she was eighteen, because her family would totally disagree with her marrying before the proper age, or even dating. However, she, upon several occasions has developed crushes on people her age and slightly older, depending on kind and mature they act. However, these crushes seem to be very flimsy so they never last. She doesn't have many friends and she is yet to get one true one. Ageha hopes to find one close friend but she is yet to find one.
Ageha dislikes social interaction. She can be timid when she wishes to share ideas, but she is far from introverted. Ageha is outgoing but she acts reserved because she doesn't want to interact with other people. Simply, she finds no need to and it is hard for her to pay attention to eye contact. Ageha simply doesn't want to talk to people and this marks her as selfish. As with all people, she has moments of selflessness, especially with the people she cares about dearly. When Ageha finds a friend or family she is fond of, she can be extremely affectionate and loyal and extremely possessive, becoming fretful because she has a strong desire to protect them and put them in a paradise that is safe and sound.
On the other hand, she also finds it hard to converse with strangers or acquaintances when she does not have the same interests as them. Otherwise, she is limited to polite small talk and nothing else. It's a problem of hers. She is fidgety and becomes easily paranoid. Though she is not tidy, she is a hypochrondriac and imagines herself having diseases that she doesn't have. She also has serious anxiety which she may or may not need medicine for. So far, it is mild.
Though she can be very honest and blunt (sometimes too much, because she is too open to people she is just warming up to and one person wound up detesting her), she hides very important secrets and interests dear to her heart. There are some interests that she loves enough to share with others but when there is enough apathy and disapproval, she is quick to hide other interests. Many of these interests are about anime and manga. Ageha is an avid but closet fan of Japanese animation and manga.
Though she seems to have a solid personality that she has had throughout all of her life, in her pubscent years, including now, she is bound to change. She is a philosopher, a thinker, that is easily prone to questioning, criticism and change of bias. Ageha is young and very, very inflenced by her father, but not exactly controlled. Even though she is childish, indulgent, and very hot-and-cold when it comes to thanks, she is independent when it comes to developing her own person. Simply to put it, she's just not done yet.
#History ;
Ageha Fujihara was born in Hikarizaka Hospital to an Italian-American (second generation) stay-at-home mother named Felicia and a nativeborn Japanese father named Yukito who had a white-collared, a bit better than second-rate job. Her father, who was rebellious, independent and fiery unlike the rest of his reserved family, decided to go try and study to Harvard after he finished his high school education. Despite his rebellious and stubborn attitude, he worked twice as hard to achieve his dream to go to such a prestigious school just by scholarship.
He met the woman of his dreams in Harvard instead of deciding to get a bride back from home and they had their eldest twins: a son and daughter named Kohaku (Keith in America) and Miki (Michelle in America) while remaining in America. As the father decided to go return to his hometown in Japan during one summer, his wife was already pregnant with their second daughter, Ageha.
Both parents were very unsure if they wished to stay in Japan but already their third child was born and the two twins were too young to attend school. So, the parents decided to raise their children in Hikarizaka. However, the mother eventually became unhappy with this set up because she didn't truly enjoy living in Japan, unlike the father. She took the twins with her and left Ageha with her father.
Her father remarried a woman named Suzuna who was fair and kind to Ageha but Ageha never loved her as much as she loved her real mother. She brought along two younger sons with her: one who hates Ageha (and she hates him back) and one Ageha absolutely adores (and he loves her back). They were named Ren and Jun.
During her life, Ageha was quiet and reserved when her American relatives, her mother and her brother and sister, visited. She always had to use that American name she had, which in her own opinion, was awful. It didn't fit her as well as Ageha did. It was special to her in her own way.
Though life in Japan wasn't perfect-after all, Ren was horrible to her. He always pulled pranks on her and she was sick a lot of her life so she stayed in the infirmary somewhat frequently. Ageha endured though, Jun at her side, and the entire family was at her side. Soon, Ren grew to like her eventually.
In elementary to middle school, she was horrible at sports but she excelled at academics, creative writing, and home economics. She was terribly messy though and found it excruciatingly hard to clean up the mess left behind. She likes Arts and Crafts though she is average at it. She hopes to be able to be better with Economics and other Mathematics because though she's good at most of them, she doesn't like them that much.
Ageha definitely hated sports throughout all of elementary and junior high though. She joined the Creative Writing club, the Philosophy club, and the Games club through the entirety of both schools. She originally wanted to join the Newspapers club and the Home Ec club but gave up on them because the people didn't like her and she didn't like them. Also, she found her daily dosage of them in regular subjects.
Currently, she lives with her father and stepsiblings. She enjoys playing games with her brother (especially Ogura Hyakunin Isshu Karuta, the poetry card game), writing poetry and stories, studying English and Japanese and how they are related. She doesn't exactly hate English. Quite frankly, she enjoys studying it but Ageha rather dislikes how it is a language barrier to her and her maternal family since she's not so good at it. In fact, she is using every ounce of skill for foreign language in this subject. Ageha spends time with her maternal family during every break she gets and has an online tutor which she voice-chats daily with. Another resource for her studies, she recommends renshuu.org and another she can't seem to remember the name of. Ageha finds it hard but enjoys it.
She had just got a pet calico kitten and she and her stepbrothers love taking care of it so much, the parents hardly have to do anything for it but pay its medical bills. Her stepbrothers seldom do anything but study, so she takes care of the cat when they are not able to. The calico's name is Kibou and he is a very independent-spirited cat so he does not mind being left to his own devices. Often, he wanders out day and night and it is impossible to guess when he will come back, thus worrying Ageha enough to the point that she sometimes gets an ulcer or two. He doesn't mean to do that though. Honest. The Roleplayer's Corner

Ageha smiled contentedly as she petted her pet cat that was simply named Kibou. "Aren't you an adorable little cat?" She giggled as she stroked his blotchy forehead with her index finger, middle finger, and thumb. "It seems that I just can't get enough of how cute you are." Ageha had to get back to focus at the very moment. She still had homework to do for Integrated Algebra, and quite frankly, it wasn't easy nor was it enjoyable but it was endurable-much more endurable than English, at the very least. Wasn't she glad she didn't have to do this kind of assignments in the years to come? She very much was grateful. She beamed brightly when the doorbell was rang vigorously.
"Coming, Father!"Ageha knew who was there as she rushed to the door and opened it courteously while Stepmother. Why, it was her own father! They were very much alike, and though they did not meet eye to eye all the time, they loved each other very much and it was clear that the relationship was more than parent-child: it resembled a friendship built on trust and reliability which was carefully made and carefully protected. This special kind of love was worth it and if nobody else agreed, Ageha thought they could go suck it. She would protect her family and the love for it with her life. That's how much it mean to her. Now, if only she could find a friend who meant so much to her.
As soon as her father entered the house, whatever void she felt was made up for by the warmth of the smile he gave her, showing that she already had family who she loved very much at the moment. Although she was secretive, Ageha was glad that she had such a supportive bond with her own family, all open to whatever she had to say and vice versa.
