Well I will see you in the evening then dad. The deep voice of Retsu rang through the apartment as he was heading for the door, but before he could open it and rush outside he was interrupted with the fact where he had forgotten his shirt. Retsu suddenly turned on the spot when he noticed the fact that he wasn't wearing a shirt. Letting out a small sigh he ran into his room which looked like a war zone, after some searching he found a big baggy shirt and a black bandanna. Retsu quickly put on the baggy shirt and when he was walking towards the door he wrapped the bandanna around his head and adjusted it slightly so that the tips of his hair could be shown, of course this meant that his face would be open for show but it didn't really seem to be on his mind at the current time. After a quick look in the mirror which made him quite happy as he was wearing his favorite black baggy jeans and gray baggy shirt with the black bandanna, Retsu then put on the white sneakers and went out the door.
Closing the door and looking down the stairs he would have to go down until he reached the ground and see what he could do this day, finally he wouldn't have to help his father with the organizing of the apartment and moving furniture, Retsu had a smile a tad bigger then normal on his lips because of this and the fact that he had received his payment for helping his father with the apartment. The payment was 2000 yen and it was clearly that Retsu liked the amount, not to much but not to little as well.
He began to walk down the stairs and soon the walking became a small sprint as he couldn't wait to get out and see what he could find of things to buy and people to talk with, the last wouldn't be the hard part but what to buy might be a tad hard as it was sure to be a lot he wanted to buy and such. When Retsu reached the ground floor and rushed towards the door he had a small smirk on his lips and as he pushed the door open and went out into the street he really had a big grin on his face but he managed to hide it after a few seconds of taking in the air around him, yep it was going to be an interesting day.

"I want that one."
His face pressed up against glass, Koji's finger pointed to a row of guitars in the window of a music store. A dark-finish instrument stoof out from the others. He gazed at the electric guitars longingly. He could already picture himself playing it, his mind drifting to daydreams of playing at a packed Budokan, with a roaring crowd chanting his name. Perhaps one day. However, a more realistic goal was becoming a music teacher, not a rock star.
Today, he had met his friend, Takuya Ito. The two had decided to go window shopping before eating. Insisted on coming to this music shop, he had spent the past few minutes or so looking at guitars. Takuya scratched his head. It just looked like an ordinary instrument to him.
"I don't see what's so special about it Otomo. Looks very plain to me."
Koji shook his head. Takuya wasn't very interested in music, even less so with musical instruments.
"It's a Gibson Firebird. Just look at it Takuya. It looks good. It probably plays really well too." He explained, tearing his face away from the steamed-up glass. Takuya wasn't very convinced.
"It's also one hundred and fifty eight thousand yen. For a lump of wood, a couple of bits of metal and some wire. Do you even have fifty thousand?"
Koji didn't answer. He barely even had a third of that
"Besides. Don't you need an amplifier to play those things? And a bunch of those pedal things you always tell me about?"
Koji nodded. It was rather costly. He didn't mind borrowing equipment from his brother's band, but he did want to invest in some of his own. He didn't need to buy brand new. He could always search for a good second-hand deal.
"Why would anyone spend so much on a guitar? Do you want professional stuff because you think you'll play better Koji? Or maybe you want to impress someone? Maybe that Fujibayashi girl you won't stop talking about?"
Koji sighed. There wasn't much point in dwelling on it. He did, after all, need to work on his skill before the transition to a more professional guitar. He didn't pay much attention to his friend's previous assumption. Dusting off his knees, he rose up, with a renewed vigor.
"Come on. Let's go find somewhere to eat. I'm famished."

Retsu looked a bit around as he put both of his hands into the pockets on his jeans and as he gazed to the left and then to the right, after a few seconds he began walking down the street and kept his gaze rolling from the sides as he looked for anything that he could do for the day after all he had said that he would be back in the evening to his father so it did mean he would need to find something to do while outside.
After walking for quite a while he noticed some one pressing their face up against the glass of what seemed to be a music store of some sort, stopping and looking as he wondered what was happening Retsu quietly observed the guy pressing his face against the glass and chuckled lightly as it seemed a tad funny to him. Even so he kept his distance a bit due to the reason that he found it inside his mind to be funnier watching that then going over and asking why as there was no fun in that.
When he saw the guy pushing himself away from the glass he decided the time was right for an introduction and possibly a quick chat, perhaps even a small walk if he was lucky enough, he did have a feeling the day was going to be interesting so maybe this was it.
Retsu then seemed to rush over to them and as he spoke he raised his left hand out of the pocket and extended it forwards for them to shake if they would if not he probably would make a silly sign with it as a replacement. Yo names Retsu what are yours if you don't mind me asking mister, or if you want I can just call you by the last action I noticed you do with the glass, but a name would be better. Yes the line was a tad long and dragged out with a poor joke but hey at least it might get them into a small talk and perhaps a small walk at that but those where other times, and the right here and now wasn't other times.

No sooner had this unfamiliar person introduced himself, had Takuya gone on the defensive. His tone was very telling. Sharp, and concerned. He raised his eyebrow, very suspicious of this new face's intentions. Koji on the other hand was perplexed to say the least. He was startled by the sudden introduction, and stood, unblinking before him.
"Hey. Koji. Do you know this guy?" Takuya asked, taking a step forward, moving in front of his friend. He knew Koji was very capable of defending himself, but nonetheless, he wanted to be between his friend and this stranger. Koji was puzzled, so could only shrug his shoulders. Why would someone simply come up to him, and, out of the blue casually announce their name to him. He also had mentioned Koji pressing his face up against the window. Had he been watching? It was likely, but then, anyone walking past could make such an observation. Two friends hanging out, window shopping. It only took a sideways glance to any passer by to see it.
"I don't like the looks of this guy Otomo." Takuya added with a scrunched up face, as he stared down the newcomer like a hawk, ready to take flight, an sink it's talons in at the first sight of danger. Koji simply pushed in front of Takuya with a frown upon his face. It was to be expected of Takuya, being a little on edge with strangers, as he was even from a very young age, being told by parents to never trust a stranger. Koji, however was more lax about it. And more polite.
"Hey, don't be rude to him Ito. He's only being friendly after all. And observant. My name is Otomo Kojiro. Everyone calls me Koji though. Oh, and this is my friend, Ito Takuya. Is there something I can do for you... Retsu was it?"
Takuya watched, keeping on his toes. If anyone was watching this unfold, it might've looked like he was about to pounce.

Retsu let out a small chuckle when he noticed and heard one of the two act defensively against him and even seemingly taking a stance as if ready to pounce on him, regardless he held out his arm still but after a short few seconds he made a peace sign with it and then stuck it back into his pocket again. Letting out a small sigh as he lowered his head a tad as he was sizing up the two people trying to find out their height and seemingly trying to find out anything else he could about them, of course the hair sticking out of his bandanna cowered most of his eyes so noticing this would require a tad more then normal effort but not too much effort as Retsu didn't really bother to hide it very well as if the guy didn't seem that scary to him.
He then smiled and raised his head and his body to full size stretching to his whole height instead of the half stretched dragging he used to walk down to here, Retsu then looked at the one named Otomo Kojiro and he smiled as he nodded slightly when he introduced himself. As normally his voice was deep and strong, possibly due to his height and some other factors Yeah name is Retsu or if you want the full name it is Retsu Kuroiwa, so you mind if I call you Oto or Koji, perhaps you want me to use one of the names to the full extent? Clearly Retsu was trying to make the talk last as long as possible and perhaps even get a friend or two in the process, who knows a few friends would be nice or it could be bad but hey one of em seemed to like guitars and that might be cool to see and hey he might even be good at it too.
Retsu began to sway a tad to the left and then to the right as he kept his gaze upon the nicer of the two but still making sure time to time that the other wouldn't suddenly dive at him in an attempt to beat him up for speaking his mind.

Sakagami Tomoyo______________________________________________________ Sakagami Tomoyo had just finished her visit with an old family friend who had wanted to see her. The elderly were always so lonely... or at least it seemed that way. Tomoyo assumed each day would be boring if one just sat at home having tea and tending to a dormant garden all the time. And to be blunt, it was sometimes boring visiting such a person. On some occasions, the stories were actually interesting, but otherwise, the visits felt like a chore, as infrequent as they were. Yes, it was a terrible thing to think, but it was an undeniable fact. However, it was also nice knowing that merely being there to listen to some stories cheered the old lady up, so the visits weren’t all that unbearable for Tomoyo to sit through.
As she passed by a few stores on the way back home, Tomoyo couldn’t help but slow down as she noticed three guys gathered near a music store. One stood out the most, due to his rather tall stature. The two others looked more average. One thing they all had in common was their age, or at least that was the way it seemed. The three of them all looked of high school age, much like Tomoyo herself.
There was something about the scene that bothered her, however. One of the guys (not the tall one) looked quite hostile, as if he was trying to provoke a fight. It was instinctive for Tomoyo to jump to defend someone who looked like they were about to be pushed around. While most people would’ve felt that such a tall guy would have no problem taking on a shorter guy in a fight, Tomoyo wasn’t one to acknowledge size advantage or disadvantage when it came to fights.
“Sorry, but is something wrong here?” the silver-haired sixteen-year-old girl strode over to the group of guys. Without a moment of hesitation, her questioning blue eyes quickly landed upon the young man who seemed to be causing trouble. “I couldn’t help but notice that you seemed especially on edge,” Sakagami Tomoyo said skeptically to him with her hands on her hips, then glanced briefly over to the two other males. She worried little over the possibility that she might have had just interrupted a conversation. “If you have a problem, you can take it up with me first.”

Koji wanted to try and resolve this before things got violent. He knew all too well his friend had a short fuse. That fuse had been lit, and was burning quickly.
"I'm very sorry about hi-"
Takuya interrupted, sneering at the young woman before them, as if he was meeting a classmate he disliked intensely.
"Look here Sakagami. Yes, that's right, I know your face. This is our business, so it doesn't concern you, so why don't you go beat up some thugs or help an old lady across the street like a good little girl?"
Koji blinked as Takuya began his rant. This all must have seemed very childish to their new acquaintance. He was remaining calm, until Takuya's tone grew steadily more aggressive. He gripped his friend's arm, his brow furrowed.
"Takuya. Hey! Look at me... If you're feeling angry, take it out on a punching bag, not people who are only being friendly, and especially not a girl. See that restaraunt over there? Go wait for me there. Get yourself a drink, and just calm down."
Takuya nodded, clenching his fists tightly. He shot one last look at Tomoyo, before marching off with the air of unpleasantness driftig away with him. Koji let his breath escape him. First he turned to Retsu.
"I've never really had a nickname before, everyone seemed content to just shorten my name, but I don't mind. Either is fine with me." Koji replied, at last, with a smile. Next, he addressed the girl.
"I'm very sorry about Takuya. He gets angry quite easily. And apparantly very easily when it's concerning yourself. He mentioned a name... Sakagami," he began, putting his thinking cap on, "you wouldn't be Sakagami Tomoyo would you?"
Koji was taking a stab in the dark here. He had heard the story in school. An exceptionally strong girl, who dealt with thugs, much in the same way Koji himself dealt with bullies. Of course, this was only a rumor, but rumors spread like wildfire, and a name was put to the mysterious female. Though unproven, that name was Sakagami Tomoyo. He didn't believe the accusations of her being violent-natured, perhaps due to the fact there were lesser rumors, at least amongst the freshmen about an older student that confronted bullies, some of these also claiming that the older student was overly-violent. They were speaking of course, about Koji, who took great pains to remain unseen. Often provoking bullies into a fight by calling them cowards, his years of kickboxing allowed him to best most of the bullies with no harm to himself. He always made certain they threw the first punch.

Retsu looked at the other guy besides Koji and his eyes grew a tad bigger when he went on a rant as soon as the guy began on the rant, clearly this sudden burst was something that Retsu wasn't ready for and he even needed to support himself mentally as if not to just topple over by the surprise alone. When he had gotten over this after a few seconds he noticed Koji making sure the other guy left and then answered his question, Retsu was obvious not aware of the female until Koji spoke to her, this made him turn his head to wards her and blink a few times. Retsu then removed his left arm from his pouch and held it in front of the female as he saidYo, names Retsu Kuroiwa. Just call me Retsu and what is your name then silver hair? the current nickname Retsu called the girl would probably seem a tad cruel if not evil but he meant nothing about it and his eyes didn't seem to hold any bad or evil meaning by it.
He then quickly sized up the girl and kept eying a bit at her as he looked over some essential physical looks, he then suddenly made a big grin with his mouth and out of nowhere he said Koji is it just me or do you think she is cute as well, or perhaps I am just the weird one in this eh? clearly the words seemed like they where just pulled out from the last second of poor compliments yet it seemed like there was something off in the way Retsu had said them as if it was normal to call a girl cute to her face as if he was talking to a boy and saying something boyish like. Retsu was a strange fellow either way how you looked on it so if one knew him it wouldn't seem strange but to the other it could seem really strange and perhaps even on the border of mentally strange to some people but Retsu was Retsu and it wouldn't change any way.

Sakagami Tomoyo______________________________________________________ Tomoyo was hardly surprised by Takuya’s rude reaction to her presence. She was used to that kind of response by now. The fact that so many people knew her as the fighter girl hurt, though. She was trying so hard to change, but the reputation followed her everywhere, much like a ghost. Perhaps it was encounters like this that made her hold on to that reputation. ... But confronting people like Takuya was only the right thing to do. There was nothing wrong with it, and if somebody had a problem with it, then it was their problem.
“You’re making a scene,” Tomoyo sighed in frustration. The guy’s... friend, was it? He was kind enough to stop him. It felt strange to have somebody defend her, and although Tomoyo really didn’t need it, it was still nice. Tomoyo watched Takuya leave. She wasn’t particularly offended by his attitude problem; she was rather thick skinned when it came to these situations. “It’s fine. I’m used to having to deal with people like him,” she answered Koji. Nodding, she also spoke to Retsu this time. “And yeah, that’s my name. Sakagami Tomoyo. You are...?”
Going by first impressions, Retsu seemed to be an amazingly informal person... perhaps even to the point of rudeness, unlike Koji who seemed to be quite chivalrous. Tomoyo already felt irritated by Retsu calling her “silver hair” to address her. Now he had the audacity to call her cute when they had just met (well, at least she knew Koji’s name now).
She didn’t know whether to take Retsu's comment as a compliment or to think of it as something utterly creepy; not to mention the way he looked at her. Either way, she didn’t like it, not even as a compliment. “Ugh. Retsu, I’d prefer it if you wouldn’t call me that.” Tomoyo growled under her breath, trying hard not to let her own embarrassment show.
And about Koji... the name seemed to ring a bell, but she couldn’t remember where she had heard it. Probably gossip.

"My name is Otomo Kojiro. I go to the same school as you do. I'm in Fujibayashi Ryou's class. I'm again, very sorry about Takuya. He's heard some rumors about you and made up his own mind."Koji began, introducing himself. He hoped Ryou was well-known enough for Tomoyo to know to which class he was referring. Yes, her fortune telling was very popular, and Kyou was certainlly well-known. However, he didn't hope the rumors about himself were substantial enough for his name to click in his fellow student's mind. His thoughts quickly drifted to Retsu's question.
Koji had noticed that Retsu had a noticably deeper voice than he did. Having been told by family members that his own voice was quite soothing and reassuring, he did not mind if his voice was a little softer. Retsu's question was perfectly innocent as he noted the pitch of his new acquaintance's. Though it did make Koji stand up a little straighter. Did he think, that a girl whom he'd only just met, though heard a fair deal about, was cute? From casual observation, Koji would have had to say yes. Tomoyo was indeed cute, deciding that she had very pretty eyes. Koji had an innate fascination with the so-called "windows to the soul", perhaps due to his own eye condition.
As, for Tomoyo she was an underclassman as far as the stories told, and very few people had any respect for her due to her presumed past. It saddened Koji to think that people could be so judgemental. He also disliked the senpai-kohai heirarchy in that regard. Some elder students were far more childlike and immature than any other freshman. One prime example was one of Koji's classmates. Sunohara Youhei, a friend of Tomoya. He couldn't help but feel a pang of jealousy every time he heard the name. Thus, he pushed it into the back of his head. The gears in his head turned, allowing him to form an answer. He didn't see the need to whisper, he was an honest enough person to say it aloud for the three of them to hear. He did not feel awkward to tell a girl he thought she looked attractive, but given the circumstances, it seemed a little strange to blurt it out, not to mentione he did not feel attracted to Tomoyo. That was not to say that he couldn't. He simply had another girl, very much on his mind.
"Well... Yes. Yes, I do believe Sakagami-san is quite pretty. I don't think things like that should affect someone's opinion of another person. Maybe I'm picking the wrong words here, but... Uh..."
Koji shook his head. He wasn't explaining things properly. It was unlike him, though granted, it was not every day informalities were taken to such extremes. He was simply lost in the question.
"What I'm trying to say is, I don't think I should say something like that to someone I've only just met. People won't always feel flattered by such a statement." Koji answered, feeling slightly forlorn. He once again recalled his haste to ask the elder Fujibayashi twin, Kyou to go out with him, not realizing that the two knew very little about each other. That would change. With the two becoming friends, they would get to know each other, then Koji would ask again, and give Kyou the time she needed to form a response. He felt a slight vibration in his pocket, producing his cellphone as the origin of said movement. It was a message, from Takuya, asking what was keeping him so long. He did not reply, pocketing the device again. Then. An idea. He could patch up tensions.
"Sakagami-san, Kuroiwa-san. Are you both busy right now? If you're not, maybe you'd both like to join Takuya and myself for something to eat. Ice-cream maybe. I'll make sure he behaves." Suggested Koji, giving a reassuring smile that let them know he spoke the truth. He did know how to cool down Takuya when his temperature flared, and he couldn't sit idly and have him seethe, showing his great disrespect for a young woman who did nothing to warrant it. This way, Takuya could get to know that Tomoyo was not just another aggresssive girl who liked to beat people up. Takuya was not innocent himself, hanging out with the wrong crowds when he was younger. Koji was gladdened he left that far behind before he got into real trouble, and not the occassional scuffle with rowdy teenagers looking to impress.
Takuya was an adopted child, and loved his foster parents very dearly. Feeling very bitter about his birth parents, much like Koji had with his biological father, Takuya roamed the streets until the small hours, until his foster parents grew worried enough to move across the city, elsewhere. Koji assumed that he had heard of Tomoyo during his time galavanting out on the streets. He fondly recalled the first day the two met. They were sparring partners that day, and became good friends after that day. Koji was trying to help his friend let go of his bitterness, and enjoy life more, and to perhaps find it in his own heart to forgive his father for abandoning his family. Perhaps this would be another step down that road.

Retsu simply made a short nod when he was asked by Tomoyo to not call her such and it was clear he didn't mean for it to go like this but no matter he still flashed a small grin and stretched his arms up wards as he let out a small yawn. Yep to much sleep these days, he couldn't wait to get into the new school so that he could have something to do every day and perhaps make a few new friends. His thoughts was interrupted when he was called Kuroiwa-san clearly he didn't really know why he was called as such at first, but he shrugged that off.
He then began to think of the other guy who had reacted hostile to wards him and began to grind his gears if it would be the wisest of choices to go close to him if it bothered him that much, even though Retsu wouldn't mind the temper the other guy had but the verbal arguments that might follow was the point of Retsu having second thoughts of getting in on this deal.
Suddenly he woke up from his thinking state and simply made the decision to go with them and perhaps he could learn more about them all if the girl would want to come with them, Retsu again spoke with his deep voice but it seemed to be a tad more honest then normal instead of the tiny goofy tad he normally had to it. Well I see what you mean by a few of my comments Koji, and not to sound rude but I do like to be called Retsu. I am not sure why but I just like it. Onto other things sure I can join for some Ice or something like that, Now it is just for Tomoyo to give her answer and we are all set. Retsu then seemingly returned to more of his goofy self, but instead of putting his hands into the pockets he just removed his bandanna with one hand, his trapped hair under the head wear would seem to just burst when the bandanna was removed as if it was screaming freedom, now half of his face was covered by his hair and so was most of his head as well, he shook his head a few times as he let out another yawn and then sat his hands into the pockets, the bandanna as well.

Sakagami Tomoyo______________________________________________________ “Seriously? Not you too, Otomo-san...” Tomoyo muttered, quickly turning her head away from the two guys. Koji sounded like he was being sincere, though. Did Retsu truly mean it when he said she was cute, then? If that was the case, then she felt a little flattered about being viewed in such a way... now that she knew they weren’t mocking her, at least. Still, the situation was rather awkward for her, so she desperately hoped the subject would change soon.
Tomoyo guessed she was blushing, judging by the sudden rush of heat to her head. She wasn’t blushing because she had suddenly developed a crush on any of the guys. That would certainly be a stupid kind of infatuation. No, she realized she was blushing because it felt nice to be thought of as “pretty” and “cute”. That meant she was feminine – a lady. ... Sure, that reason was admittedly rather silly as well, but that was the truth behind her currently rosy cheeks. Even Retsu’s odd compliment seemed nice now that she thought about it. Since she had her head turned, she hoped her color would return to normal by the time she looked at Retsu and Koji again.
She returned her gaze to Kojiro when she heard her name called. She and Retsu were being invited out for ice cream. The catch? That guy named Takuya would be there, too. It wasn’t that Tomoyo had a problem with him personally. She could care less if he was going to be there. She was only concerned if he would be causing a commotion again. “I’ll make sure he behaves,” Kojiro promised.
After Retsu got his answer in, Tomoyo tilted her head questioningly at him. It was obvious he didn’t pay much attention to the way he addressed others. “When did I tell you that you could call me ‘Tomoyo’”? the junior asked. However, she shook her head shortly after, as if dismissing the issue. “... On second thought, nevermind. Whatever.” It didn’t matter to her at this point what he called her. Retsu was certainly a strange one. Not lingering on the thought for too long, Tomoyo then nodded toward Kojiro. “And sure, going out for ice cream sounds like fun.”

"Then it's decided. Wait here for a moment please, I'll go and fetch Takuya." Koji, darting off quickly, requested, vanishing inside a restaraunt. He didn't leave Tomoyo and Retsu waiting for very long, emerging from the glass doors with Takuya, who was slurping noisly at an empty drink with only the ice at the bottom. Koji wondered if a cold drink had cooled his temper with a little smile. Given his reaction to seeing the two standing there, he turned up his face upon noticing them, ready to turn on his heels and leave.
"What are they still doing here?" He grumbled, going ahead with his attempt at leaving. Koji reached back and gripped his shoulder, still smiling. His tone was warning, enough hopefully to let Takuya know it was time to be serious, and not run off in a tantrum like a child.
"I invited them and they have names. What you're going to do is come with us and get som ice-cream. And you're going to make nice and apologize to Retsu and Sakagami-san. I know you're not comfortable with strangers, but he's only trying to make some friends, and you were making a scene." Koji began. Takuya rolled his eyes at his friend. Koji gripped harder onto his friend's shoulder.
"Takuya. You do not speak to a girl like that, no matter how much younger or older she is than you."
Takuya squirmed out of the boy's grip, rubbing his shoulder as Koji explained to him proper manners. From the short distance the two kept due to Takuya's lack of cooperation, it was easy to see that Koji was clearly dominating whatever conversation they were having. They soon returned, Takuya grudgingly. He stood silently until Koji nudged him, still keeping his wide coyly smile.
"Sorry for being rude to you both." He muttered, earning a second nudge from Koji. He stopped shuffling about and took his apology much more seriously.
"All right, I get it! I'm sorry for speaking to you like that Sakagami. You too Retsu. I guess I'm just a big jerk."
Koji was pleased to see Takuya was more in control of his temper. He doubted that he would've been quite as cooperative two years ago. Most likely, he'd storm off and still feel very bitter.
"Was that so hard? Seriously Takuya," Koji continued, patting his friend on the back. He earned a shake of the head as his response, it was good enough for him, "now then. Are the two of you ready?"

Retsu kept his goofy grin on as Tomoyo spoke to him as if he didn't see the problem of what he called her it was her name was it not or perhaps he had misunderstood the meaning of the question but all these thoughts where shrugged away when he heard her saying nevermind it and when Koji went over to grab Takuya, Retsu cracked his neck a few times and the just kept his gaze on Koji just in case anything should happen.
When they both returned and he heard the apology Retsu just chuckled a tad and then said "No problem, it was not like you where throwing punches at me right? clearly that was meant as poor attempt at a joke, it was made crystal clear that Retsu had not very good jokes but it didn't seem to bother him that much perhaps because of his carefree attitude to wards different aspects of being social with other people, after all he was very odd by normal standards and that was how Retsu liked it, it meant getting more colorful types of friends and perhaps even a few enemies he could have fun with.
Retsu then spoke again as he scratched his dark tinted yellow hair So where are we going then? I am not so well known in this place as I just moved here. As he finished his sentence Retsu looked at Koji and Tomoyo, he kept his gaze a few seconds on Tomoyo as he still found the way she had turned her head to be a bit odd but he shrugged it off and then turned back to Koji and just flashed a big grin as he grabbed the bandanna and made a small scar of it around his neck as he tied it off, it would perhaps seem odd for him to do it just out of the blue but Retsu was wondering on how it would do and it would be better then having it in his pocket all the time, now that was a sure fact and he liked it when he could just bow his head a tad and feel the bandanna slightly floating over his neck, it slightly tickled as well, so it was good for the current moment.

Sakagami Tomoyo______________________________________________________ She watched Koji leave to fetch his temperamental friend. Tomoyo and Retsu weren’t left waiting long, and when Koji appeared again with Takuya who was finishing up an already-empty drink, Tomoyo could tell that the latter hadn’t been told of the group outing. Her assumption was reinforced as soon as she noticed the boy’s expression change to a more unpleasant one as soon as he looked up and tried to walk away. Tomoyo saw that Koji stopped him however, and when the two of them didn’t advance further, she figured they were having a talk.
Would this outing really be worth it? Right now, it just seems like trouble, thought Tomoyo as she brushed her hair away from the front of her face.
Koji must have talked some sense into Takuya, because when they returned, Takuya apologized, though he did it albeit halfheartedly and in need of prompting in the form of nudges from a cheerful-looking Koji.
“No problem, it was not like you were throwing punches at me, right?” Retsu chuckled by himself. At least Tomoyo knew something else about Retsu now. He wasn’t a very funny guy, was he? Tomoyo rolled her eyes and grinned at his poor attempt.
Takuya’s ill-mannered behavior hadn’t been that big of a deal to her, but she was glad they would be able to get along, somewhat. “It’s fine.” Tomoyo shrugged. What did he have against her, anyway? Then again, the same could be asked for many others. Takuya was definitely not the worst of them; far from it. He actually seemed quite docile now, with Koji patting him on the back for a job well done. “And yeah, I’m ready, Otomo-san. Thanks for inviting us out,” the silver-haired girl spoke for both herself and Retsu.
Tomoyo then looked over at Retsu. She was curious about him. Maybe his odd mannerisms were due to him not being from here. “So, Retsu, you said you just moved here? What do you think of Hikarizaka so far?” Then again, maybe he had no reasons why he acted the way he did. Perhaps it was just him being an individual. “I guess we’ll need to show him the best place to go for ice cream,” she said to Koji and Takuya.
