Impossible.
Koji did not speak aloud his current thoughts, he knew that it was very unlikely that this girl was Fuko. He may not have known Kouko Ibuki, but he had certainly heard of the horrible accident that befel her younger sister, Fuko, who was supposedly killed in said accident. Koji suddenly became nervous. One of the many rumors circulating around the school, was that of a ghost, namely the ghost of a young girl who was killed in an accident, much like Fuko Ibuki's. Surely this Fuko, was coincidentally named Fuko too? His brother, Jun would likely know more about Kouko, for he once attended Hikarizaka under a musical scholarship, and therefore might've known the art teacher from his high school days.
Koji did his best to put any, and all thoughts of ghosts haunting the school and horrible accidents out of his head. Nagisa had been gifted one of the many wood carvings the so-called Fuko carried, and in turn gladly agreed to attend the wedding of this young girl's sister. Perhaps if it were allowed, Jun could attend this wedding alongside Koji. He had definitely kept his uniform. Koji would have to recieve one first, and whether he did recieve one of the wood carving invitations,or not remained to be seen.
Then, of course Nagisa had asked what Koji was thinking. Just how did Fuko factor in? Was she simply another Fuko, related to another art teacher? Or was she really a ghost? She seemed too... Real to be a disembodied spirit. There was also the possibility that this girl, was indeed the same Fuko, only now being able to return to school, but the accident happened some time ago, and this girl looked far too young to be Fuko. It did not sit very well with Otomo, there was no way he could explain it... At least, not accurately. He eagerly, and now, very alert, waited to hear the young girl, the yet-to-be-confirmed Fuko's answer. Only, he couldn't keep very silent for long. Hushing his voice to but a whisper, he reassured himself that this was not a walking, talking spirit.
She's too young. She... She must be another Fuko..." Koji whispered, his unnerved voice at the thought of being in the company of a ghost, all-too evident. It was not that he feared ghosts, but the niggling terrors of a child in the dead of night, huddling under his pillow slowly crept up on him. He was on the brink of convincing himself that a young girl as sweet, and as adorable as that, couldn't be one of those bump in the night creatures that plagued his youthful dreams. His grandfather hypothesized that ghosts were simply people with unfinished business on Earth, or simply people that had become detached from their bodies temporarily.
Koji recalled one important fact that eased his nerves. Fuko Ibuki was not killed, as many wrongly believed. She was merely in a coma. That ruled out ghosts. Still, if this was indeed Fuko Ibuki, the question remained. How could she possibly be here, if she were in a coma?
