"It's okay. It was my own fault it happened. I shouldn't be rollerblading in the mornings on crowded streets, even if it saves time to school" That said, Kiyoshi accepts his bag back and hands the one that was first occupying his hands back to its owner. He had no idea what to say now, particularly since he didn't want to talk anymore being anti-social in his head towards girls. There was no way for him to actually get out of this situation nicely as he was unable to walk off and say goodbye, and he couldn't really boot her out of the infirmary, especially since it wasn't for his use only. Once she leaves, he would be going back to class anyway. He needed to keep a good attendance. For the meantime.
"I'm sorry, but I went through your bag a bit unknowingly. It was only after seeing the level of the information that I realised it wasn't my school bag." He did forget to mention that he continued going through her stuff, possibly to her benefit, even after he realised that it wasn't his things. It was some good learning for himself, and the homework things that were in the book were now revision or study notes. Though, it was unsure whether or not Ryou would have liked it. Guess he'll just have to wait and see how it turns out.

OC: Didn't it occur to Kiyoshi that he will have to deal more with the girl he met if he did her homework? XD"Uh, no..."
With difficulty the younger Fujibayashi suppressed the involuntary urge to apologize yet again, now that the boy had reassured her, and had claimed the fault; it did not keep her from feeling guilty, still, however. She gingerly accepted her bag from this stranger, who apart from face and name and rollerblading tendency she was foreign to, in more ways than one. He seemed a little... uncomfortable, even if he seemed a lot more confident than Haru-kun, but maybe it was just her imagination.
Speaking of Haru... she turned towards him, bowing a little, yet again. "Haru-kun, I've found him." she said, stating the obvious. "Thank you for the help." She wondered if it would be proper to tell him he could go now; his teacher might be waiting, and the lesson might depend on the stuff he was carrying...
She turned back as Hibiki-san nonchalantly announced that he had gone over her bag. "Uh... I went a bit through your bag, too... to find your... name." she explained. She did not understand what he meant by 'level of information'... wouldn't you usually figure out that it wasn't your bag after finding a few details different? That had been the case for her...
She wondered what he had seen in her pack; admittedly, she did not have many personal or private or embarrassing things that she brought to school... well, none at all, or at least none that somebody who did not know her would know the value of.
Even then, she still felt a little uncomfortable about his perusal, and she ended up opening her returned satchel, cursorily inspecting it; it looked like there was nothing missing. She hoped her actions and thoughts did not mean she was doubting him; he seemed a nice enough person, if a little peculiar and... stiff.
Was there any more that she had to say to him?
"Um... how is your... injury?"

”Well, I’m sure we’ll find the question to that answer soon enough.” he stated as the two of them finally arrived at the nurses office. This was pretty much going to be the point where he walked off, but he decided he could stick around just a bit longer to see who it was that Ryou had run into earlier. Hanging back a little as she walked in, he just peaked his head in to see a boy with blonde hair sitting on one of the beds in the office. Must have sprained an ankle or something when he ran into Ryou. Well, Ryou did mention he was rollerblading during the crash so it wasn’t that surprising he was that beat up afterwards.
Just watching the scene for a moment, he just had to smile when Ryou stated the obvious fact they had found the one they were looking for. It annoyed Haru just a little the boy had gone through Ryou’s stuff, but then again they had done the same so he couldn’t be that angry without being a hypocrite. Glancing up at the clock on the wall, he saw he was starting to push the reasonable amount of time he could be gone. With Ryou’s obvious statement, he figured it was as good a time as any to start making his way out of there.
”It wasn’t any trouble. Uhm, I’ll see you at lunch then?” he said, stating the last part as a bit of a mix of statement and question. Not having the time for an answer, he said goodbye again before parting off, papers he needed to deliver still in hand.

OOC: It didn't occur to Kiyoshi that doing the homework would cause more talk... it didn't occur to me either =P. Oh well, more to roleplay about later on then.
"Oh, it's fine. Just a light sprain. It'll be fine after it's rested a while longer. Nothing to worry about. Not a problem." That said, Kiyoshi moved his foot up and down a bit to prove it. He hid the pain well. He also hid it well that he was annoyed with her persisting to talk to him. Hand resting on his pocket, he remembered that he had picked up three cards from Ryou's bag when he was looking around a bit. Pulling them out of his pocket, he looked at the cards once more. Jack of Spades. B/W Joker. Ace of Hearts. Still not able to think about what they were for, he held them out to Ryou for her to take back. "I found these three cards in your bag. Are they suppose to be in a deck?"
OOC; Short post, I know, but I don't get much free time here =( It's so busy I'm getting sick of it.

He was... reassuring her, again, just like before. Perhaps he was lying, again; he had similarly demonstrated his capacity to walk when they had collided, and he was lying then. Then again, he was already in the infirmary, and it would be intrusive to make sure he is cared for; the nurses probably know what they are doing.
There was another thing that grated on her. It was... dismissive, his actions, his speech, in a sense, even if his gestures were good-natured. Maybe it was just her imagination, but it seemed he wanted to get it over with, as soon as possible. It made her feel a bit uncomfortable, though not enough to be palpable in her reactions.
She clutched her bag and prepared to leave; she had done what had to be done, and maybe she was annoying him, if it was not her lack of self-esteem talking again. Just then, the boy brought out three cards... and while her ears recorded his statement, that he had found them in her bag, her first thoughts were not how they got separated from her deck, or if he had deliberately taken them from it, and as such implied he had toyed more with her belongings than what was needed... her initial reaction was...
"You're going to keep meeting new people unexpectedly, even if they don't like it."
It was an oracle; Jack of Spades, Joker, Ace of Hearts. She belatedly realized what she had blurted out, out of the blue. "Uh, I'm sorry..." she apologized, reflexively. "I do fortunes using those cards... and yes, they are a part of a deck..." She smiled in her typical nervous fashion.
She went back to retrieve the cards that Hibiki-san was holding. "Anou... may I have them back?"

"Oh, here you go." Having heard his fortune told, Kiyoshi was a bit confused as to how to reply, whether to thank her or not. By the sounds of the fortune telling, it was something he woudl be doing that others wouldn't enjoy, which could possibly happen. Though, if it were the opposite, one could say that Kiyoshi was not going to meet people or that they would meet him, even if he doesn't like it. Or something along those lines. Nothing to do with it at this point. Handing back the fortune telling cards to Ryou, Kiyoshi simply gave a light smile to her as he thought about when to get back to class. He had no obligation to, and he felt he had done more than enough with that year above work to satisy his studies for the school day. "I'll let you get back to class. Don't want to hold you up during class time."
Can always finish it off with a time skip to when she sees the notes he wrote.

There, timeskipping. And that was that; Fujibayashi Ryou had done her required duty as prescribed by the happenstance, and with a meek and methodical goodbye she excused herself from the patient's hold.
She thought that the little episode had ended, then and there; while he was congenial, he did not seem a rather friendly person, at best a private one, and Ryou was by no means intrusive. However, that was only what she thought, and fate does not always conform to the assumptions of its subjects.
-------------
She found out what he did, predictably enough, in the next class, where their books were required.
In a hurry from her delivery, she had excused herself back from the class, with a harried bow, in the midst of murmuring about her atypical behavior; the teacher had a faint look of displeasure across her lips upon her return, but it seemed she had quickly forgiven the usually less deviant Fujibayashi. She had come in as she had come out, with a bag, which was rather suspicious... but as study was still in session, her acquaintances had to hold off their questions.
She carefully fixed her desk and pulled out the necessary materials from her bag. She had answered her homework the night before... and so it made sense that it was filled out... but it seemed even the exercises that were not yet asked of them were answered, as well, in a handwriting that the girl did not understand.
Again, she thought it was finished, at that. So the underclassman had decided to answer her books, and it looked like he'd been doing well... she had yet to understand some of the parts he had tackled, since they had yet to be discussed. Good for him. She guessed that was forgivable... and there was no harm done, right?
-------------
It was only during recess that she was informed completely of the extent of what the foreign Hibiki-san had wrought upon her belongings.
She had flipped through another of her books, in preparation of the subject after the break... and had found traces of his handiwork, yet again. Impelled by this questionable gesture, the lavender-haired representative went through her other books... and found them defaced in this unusual fashion, as well.
In some of the books the answers seemed hastily and lazily written... it was as if he was doing it as a pastime... Ryou understood that he must have been stuck for a while there... but did he have to quench his boredom by going through her stuff? It seemed so... irreverent... and she had been hesitant to rifle through his bag...
And then there was... a drawing.
It was a good drawing... at least it looked like that to Ryou, who did not really have much experience with art. It was of her, it seemed, looking a bit distressed, sitting on the ground... was this supposed to be a depiction of their meeting earlier?
Now she was thoroughly confused.
She did not know if she should be upset... technically, he had done nothing wrong, but he had been... meddlesome... had he meant it as an apology? Were there foreign customs like that?
She guessed she would ask him... she still had plenty of time. Apologizing to some of her fortunetelling buddies about not being able to chat (and supply them with answers about where she had been earlier in the morning), she made her way, tentatively, to the infirmary... or would he be back in his class, already?

Kiyoshi waved the girl farewell with his usual plastered on smile, waiting until the door was fully closed before returning his lips into the shape of a line, void of any positive emotions, a completely neutral mood. Now with his own bag back, he could at least do his own stuff. His sketchbook, lunch and other random books were in there for his classes which were more for revision. Noting the time and waiting for the second period to start, Kiyoshi lay in the bed. Once the second period of the day started, he would go back to his classroom. He had to keep up a good attendance. He could finish dealing with his ankle when he got home. It was alright for now to be safe enough to walk on for a while, but PE would be a no. He would have to come back at lunch and ice it properly, as well as rest it. Hearing the bell ring for second period, Kiyoshi got up off the bed and put his indoor shoes back on, grabbing his bag and walking off to class.
First interval. Class had been boring as usual. The only things he learned was that revising was boring. The work they were doing in the year above was more entertaining than what he was doing now. In fact, now he sort of wished he still had that girl's bag so he could work more in detail on those worksheets she had, and explain in detail how they're done as revision. Faking his intelligence in class was getting annoying, purposely getting things wrong. He had no real reason for working on Ryou's stuff but it seemed like a good thing to do at the time. Not because he wanted to apologize, but because he wanted something to do. He even had enough time to speed sketch a picture in one of the books as well. He would probably reap what he sows soon enough. She would either be glad or annoyed that he went through her stuff and wrote in her books.
Well, he could try shrug it off as if he didn't do those papers himself by showing her his class work and proving he wasn't smart. Still, he had unintentionally drawn attention to himself. And by a girl which was even worse for him. He was sick of that gender because he couldn't tell what they were thinking or doing. Chatting to a few of his 'friends' in his class, he discussed random things with them as he tried to pass the time. It was only a couple, if not a few minutes into break. Needless to say he wouldn't be doing anything. All he could do was wait for school to be over and hope nothing spontaneous would happen. For example, a girl from the year above calling him out in front of the whole class. Oh, the misunderstandings that would bring...

To tell the truth, Fujibayashi Ryou was not sure if she was supposed to be glad or annoyed. Perhaps that was the reason she had chosen to seek him out.
Seeking people out... was uncharacteristic of the younger Fujibayashi, who, if she could help it, strove to not get in the way of other people's business. The senior wondered if this was a good enough exception; technically, it had been he who had dipped into her business, all because they happened to exchange bags.
Even if he were that smart... it did not explain why he would randomly go and tinker with her academic matters. It was... incomprehensible. At least to her. Furthermore... there was that image of her, which was masterfully done, whose cropping up was exceedingly random... technically it was vandalism, but... agh. She was even more confused about his impromptu rendition... and so she had ended up carrying the notebook he had used for the (offending?) sketch.
She had hesitated for a bit, but she guessed now would be a good opportunity to practice being more decisive... and so she found herself walking towards what she recalled must be his classroom... 2-B.
She felt like she was suspicious, an upperclassman in the sophomore wing... she shivered, even if there were a lack of suspecting eyes. The corridors were relatively spacious; most had already descended to the canteen, or had remained huddled in their respective classrooms.
She tried to reassure herself that what she was doing, what she was going to do, was an upperclassman's responsibility... although that did little to waylay her fears.
She had come here first because it was nearer... than the infirmary in the first floor. There was no certainty that he was already back here, seeing as he might have been lying about the full extent of his sprain... she slowly put herself up at the side of the classroom door, a drooping violet upon the jamb, peeking in with eyes that were misty and unsure.
"Is... is Hibiki-san here?"

Just as Kiyoshi was about to stand up and head off to the infirmary, he heard his name being called from the entrance by a girl who looked very similar to the one he had bumped into. In fact, it was her. If this was a manga or anime, you would see Kiyoshi either facepalm or head-desk. Instead of doing either of those, he put up a worried sort of smile as he told his friends he might be in a bit of trouble and walked towards the door where Ryou was. There were a few suspicious looks around but hopefully he could dispel them later.
Reaching the door, Kiyoshi turned around briefly to make sure no one was going to follow and try get a scoop. Oh, how the school loved to spread information. Flicking his head towards a direction down the hallway, indicating to Ryou that they should move a bit further away from the class, he began walking anyway in hopes of people not listening in. Also, it gave him time to think on why she could be around. Though, it was a bit obvious and to be expected, having seen her holding one of her notebooks.
Stopping by the stairwell, Kiyoshi turned back to Ryou as he leaned against the wall by the stairs leading down. He was still limping a bit, but he would survive. As long as he took proper care of it, he would be alright. Noting the book in her hands, he tried not to sigh and acted a bit oblivious as to why she was there, leaving a smile on his face like usual. "I didn't think we'd be seeing each other again so soon." He tried to sound cheerful while he said that, but it still ended up a bit forced. Not only because he was trying not to think of his ankle, but because it was a girl he was talking to.

She followed his movements, wordlessly, away from his class; she understood his wish for privacy... ironically, it was because of privacy that she was here. She followed his eyes... they noted the notebook she was carrying, and then they fled for a bit, as if they were never there. He sounded, he acted, like a nice guy... but Ryou hoped he wasn't too much of a liar.
That said, seeing as he did not wish to be the one to address the elephant in the corridor, it fell on her to begin; after all, she was... in a sense... the 'intruder' here. She wondered how she was supposed to begin; she had never tried to confront somebody, even an underclassman, before; perhaps she should have consulted her sister first... but she somewhat knew what would happen if she did that, and she couldn't keep relying on her forever. She would not have cold feet... just slightly twitchy ones.
"I..."
A wittier person would have said, or at least thought, to reply 'I didn't think I'd see you soon, either', or something along those lines, to follow the lead of the other person, to lessen the tension before coming at the heart of the matter, but Fujibayashi Ryou can be somewhat clumsy with her speech. And so she went ahead, forward, the first way she happened upon.
"W-why... did you do it?"
Her question was vague; she wondered if she should have made it, if she would have to make it, painfully clear.

Kiyoshi knew what was coming. Still, he had no idea how to act on this. He just did what he wanted, whatever his feelings were thinking. Simply put, he acted unconsciously on the topic and consciously made up excuses for it. He could also tell that Ryou was shy, if not reluctant to do what she was doing now. He wouldn't let her personality fool him, though. He had little trust in girls. He would speak his mind now and threaten her if he didn't have to pretend to be the good boy here. Clicking his tongue in the back of his head, he responded to what she was talking about, keeping up his usual smile void of emotion and more like his normal facial expression now.
"If it's about your notes, I'm sorry. It just... Sorta happened. Habit of mine to fill my empty time learning or drawing. Kind of stuck with me since a couple of years ago. If you want, I can make it up to you or something."
Saying that as sincerely as he could, he hoped she would reply with a no and not accept his offer. It would be too much trouble for him if she suddenly decided that she wasn't satisfied with an apology. If there was anyone watching the scene right now, which there probably was, they might interpret it as Kiyoshi bullying some senior because of her posture and attitude at the moment. He just had to play it cool, hopefully pass it off as the two of them talking casually. Of course, people may also interpret it as him getting confessed to. Oh, the troubles of human psychology, always causing problems for people.

He was definitely not making this easy for her.
Somehow, Fujibayashi Ryou's mind could not comprehend just doing something... something that outrageous, unheard-of, overstepping the usually respected boundaries... just because of... habit. On the other hand, he looked foreign, acted foreign, spoke foreign, and was doing better than most fish-out-of-water types... in fact, maybe therein lies the dissonance: while he was acting differently, he was not acting differently enough to be someone who was confused.
"Y-you don't have to..." she stammered.
He... he didn't really have to make up for it; it was not like she was really upset. Even if it was a transgression, it irked her more that he was... incomprehensible, rather than that he was reprehensible. Perhaps because it didn't really feel like he discovered something private about her, some sort of secret; she wasn't the type to insert important things in her notes; study was study, life was life.
"You didn't have to... use my things..." she protested, feebly.

Kiyoshi could tell that he was starting to rub off badly. He needed to keep up his facade, and appearing as someone who would use your stuff without permission wasn't a good thing at the moment. He took on a sort of thinking but troubled face as he thought on what he could do or how he could act to make it seem like he was sorry about what he did, as if he would reflect on what he had done. What posture should he use? What words should he speak? What tone of voice should he sound? He hated when things went wrong. It made it all the more harder to act like a regular person. His cut off and solitude personality was his normal, and pretending to be like others prevented them from getting the wrong idea. He wants his space, but he can't last publicly without being friendly with others. If he wasn't already a second-year, he would have aimed for Student Council President instead to increase his positive popularity. Or even vice-president.
"Look, I'm truly sorry about using your things without permission. I can't calm down or relax unless I'm doing something. I didn't mean to cause a problem for you, it just sort of happened. I didn't think of the consequences. Sorry." That last phrase and word were spoken with real emotion of his. He never thought of the consequences. He hurt his family by his actions and left, and never apologized to them. He still felt no reason to be thankful, but he knows that they suffered because of his selfishness and short-sighted nature. Even his rollerblading made them worried sick once they found out, not knowing what he does at night or what injuries he could be getting. He took on a worried look and apologetic posture towards his Senior, seeming like he's reflecting on his actions.

Again... again, he was confusing. Confusing her.
He had apologized, and that was... familiar; not as... braincurdling as all the other stuff she had had to deal with, concerning him. However...
She wondered if she was being excessively wary. The first time she had talked to him, he had lied about the condition of his foot. While he did seek the infirmary afterwards... well, perhaps she could put it off as not wishing to worry his senior, not knowing that, well, they had switched bags.
The second time, he had withheld information... though Ryou guessed saying that you toyed with a stranger's things would be stranger than just keeping quiet. The action before that, too... was it really so... normal to doodle and to meddle with the books of others? That it was something that one can do... accidentally?
(Well, he did say that he could not calm down without having something to do... and in hindsight, there weren't many things in the infirmary that you could tinker with... but still...)
"...I guess... I forgive you."
She sighed, relenting. It was not as if she could change another's ways, and it was not as if she was sure his ways are wrong; it might only be a momentary transgression. While she was uncertain, that lack of certainty weighed for Hibiki-san in the end. Perhaps fate would prove the boy's nature to her, at a different time.
"I'm... sorry for calling you." Fujibayashi Ryou knew keenly the prickles of attention. Setting the issue aside, Ryou felt less... perturbed, and yet less... brave. "You're... smart to have answered my class's homework..."
"... uh, I didn't... mean to intrude." she quickly retracted; she had only made the remark about Hibiki's intellect because she felt the need to give a compliment after her pointed queries (and of course, mentioning the picture he had drawn would be embarrassing), but it seemed it revealed her curiosity in how the lowerclassman managed to be correct.
"I'll... go now." she muttered, waiting to be dismissed. She would flee as soon as she ascertained Hibiki-san did not have any more business with her... though that was uncertain.
